Awesome dive resort. Amazing home cooked style food, friendly and welcoming staff, and a beautiful and great location for diving. We took our wreck and nitrox course here with Sean. He was amazing and the best instructor we’ve ever come across!

Shaun was excellent including all staff, my finance believes Shaun looks like Jesus Christ underwater, I agree ☝️ the food here is to die for yummy home cooking breakfast lunch and dinner, I recommend to everyone regards Phil and Rose Hale.

This time in Coron I stayed in 3 resorts and Chindonan is the best! I will definitely come back to Chindonan Dive Resort! Couldn't enjoy it more.

Very friendly staff, good for diving and as a place to start day trips to the area. Clean and nice rooms, good food. No/limited beach, pool and limited sun during the day. Better to take a boat island hopping or diving during the day. There is also canoes and Paddle Board!

Everything is great! the people from top to buttom. They are friendly. The island, the scenery, food, drinks, everything is awesome! I love it here! they take good care of you, from the 1st day to you last day of your stay. I really recommend you to stay here.

Great resort for diving and relaxing. Attentive staff and great location for ship wrecks diving. Just make sure you book the ac rooms as it gets quite warm.

This is a beautiful rustic setting with spectacular boat ride to the resort and great meals. Best of all was a fantastic discovery dive with Jess. She was careful and patient and made my first dive special and unforgettable. Thanks!

Really cosy place owned by two Danes. They have houses at a high standard for the area, with a good view of the bay. There is a restaurant by the sea on pillars in the water, where you can enjoy a cold beer and play dart or pool or just enjoy the magnificent view. They teach PADI here, which is a must — lots of Japanese shipwreck from 2nd world war is just a short trip away in dive boat.

I must admit it: I am scared of dark, deep waters and sharks. This is why I chose a place which was exactly what I needed to face my fears. Sean, the diving instructor, helped me to get certified and deal with such fears and I am grateful for this. On the other hand, he is not a great pool table player but nobody's perfect. I liked the athmosphere and the people I met. The staff is amazing: Jennifer, Jo Anne (witch doctor for my ears), Sarah, Chilly, Juliet, Captain Jack Sparrow and Seaman Salazar are helpful and smiling. Don't be afraid to get bored at night: Pete & Pete have plenty of stories to tell you. All in all a very good experience in touch with nature. I'll be back!

So I Was looking for a place to do my open water — dive masters and someone put me in touch with sean (dive instructor) he promised me breakfast and lunch free accommodation in the workers accommodation which was a horrible little room, anycasei travelled half way across the world I arrived there to find out I must now pay 500pecos a night plus the 2000$ for the coarse after a week it was costing to much so I asked them to move my bill from 500 down to 250 they agreed after doing my open water, advanced, and rescue which took forever because the instructor was to busy with other things and dealing with hangovers, they came to me and said I'm being lazy and they think I should do my dive master somewhere else, I agreed with them about doing it somewhere else but couldn't understand the lazy part I'm paying for a coarse I'm a guest but these people thought they would try make me work as if I was already a dive master at the resort which I was not having, so I decided to leave when I got my bill these slimy fucks made me pay back many dives from where I have no clue where they came from also they gave me the resort price for the coarses not the package deal price, they had no sympathy when I couldn't pay the bill back right away that was way bigger than it should have been and threatened me with police action and getting me kicked out of town because apparently they run things around town.

If you are a nature lover and if you are a looking for an adventure-packed vacation, Chindonan Dive Resort is the best place to stay at. The management and staff know very well the true definition of customer service. They are all nice and kind-hearted and fun-loving people. It was our first time in Palawan and the people at Chindonan Dive Resort made our vacation/3rd anniversary the most memorable that when we were about to leave, my chest felt stuffy I almost cried. I will miss you guys and we will make sure to go back there and pay you a visit again someday. Special thanks to Per, Per and Sean for the hospitality, kindness and generosity. We will be looking forward to your visit here in Baguio. See you guys soon!

Staff were courteous and helpful. Owners were very friendly and remembered my family from when they came last year. Definitely for the more adventurous travelers. No spa, some internet, and no air conditioning BUT. If you love nature and freshly made food, this is your place. The perfect place to unplug and enjoy the beauty of the Philippines.

Very relaxed and private atmosphere. Dinner was good — excellent depending on the day. Free kayaks are awesome to explore the nearby smaller islands and the vast beautiful coral reefs. Only thing that was a little dull was the breakfast. All options you can choose from are different ways of preparing eggs, after the third day that became a little boring. The staff and owners are really nice and eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

We had a wonderful week staying at Chindonan and diving in the surrounding waters. The staff are all very warm and friendly, serve amazing food, and the resort offers great value for money.
