They will assist you from the day you will arrive at the airport until goin' back. Comfy and Budget friendly, Ms. Dianne (Owner) of guesthouse was kind and she will assist you if you need something like bookin' tours and etc. Stayed here for 3 nights, all was great. Highly recommend this for those people who was lookin' for a great place to stay at poblacion for a cheap price. Near to everything like Market, Port goin' for island tour, Foods, walkin' distance to Mt. Tapyas and especially pub. You can compare the price to others but still this place is hassle free. You dont need to take a tricycle if you want to go around since this place was near to everything you need. We will definitely come back.

Stayed here with peeps last June 27-30 (3 rooms). Availed transfers, breakfast and activity tours ~ all Good. Price-wise and location, highly recommended, near to popular resto and shops. Plus Ms. Dianne is very accommodating. Hope this helps. Thanks Palanca!

Palanca Guesthouse — Exceeded Expectations Room and Amenities: * The room is clean * We availed of the room good for 4 pax. 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed * Rate is 637.50/person/night which is a very good deal for the group * Comfortable bed, pillows, and blanket * They will provide you extra pillows without extra charge * TV, AC, shower, and lights are all working fine * TV has no cable but we barely use it because we’re too busy with the activities * With cabinet, and enough power outlets * The CR is not spacious but bearable * There are water dispensers in the compound where you can refill your water bottles * There are plenty of tables outside the rooms where you can dine in * You can request for housekeeping once a day Location: * located at the town proper. Souvenir stores, Agency Offices and other tourist sports are very accessible from the guesthouse Food: * The food is good. Plenty of food choices from Filipino to American breakfast meals.

Nice and quiet place. Perfect location, because everything is walking distance including Mt. Tapyas. Good food and it's cheaper than restaurants outside, saves time in eating here because tour usually starts early in the morning.

Palanca Guest House is little cozy 3 star hotel in the heart of Coron Palawan, Philippines. They don't have pool or special services and amenities but staff friendliness more than makes up for everything. Short stroll to everything. Beach, pier, restaurants, dive shops. Coron is famous for its ship wrecks so it's Mecca for wreck divers and Palanca is in the middle of it all. Recommended.

Nice room for a cheap price, friendly staff…

Great location, good price. AC works very well, bed is just 3" of foam, but not too bad. They offer breakfast (extra $) but have to order night before and had very limited options (we passed). Very small rooms, but we were only really sleeping there, so we didn't need more. Great choice if you want to stay in the area.

Couple of years back, my best friends and I stayed here. We were satisfied with the accommodation, the service and the food. I have been recommending this guest house to my friends. Thanks also to the owner, I forgot her name already.

It's the BEST place in Coron. Dianna and their staff are very nice and helpful ^^

Simple and basic rooms but very well priced at 500 without window and 600 with. All fan rooms, with shared kitchen and bathrooms. Well located in the town and very close to local dive centres.

I'm conflicted on this guesthouse. This is perfect example of how lack of customer care can ruin the whole experience. Positives: Large room for relatively good price for Coron. Comfy beds. Sweet and nice family & staff running the place. Their garden looks very nice. Minor negatives: There's no hot shower. AC has only two settings: Freezing cold or almost no blow, nothing in between. Wifi is not very reliable. If a room's window faces sunrise, better use THICK curtains so guests have the choice not to wake up early morning. Breakfast is only until 9. Major negative: As much as the staff & owner are sweet, they showed very little care about something very important to me, their guest. On our first two nights, we wanted to rest long due to long trips, however were woken up by construction hammers banging just above our room. If you're having a construction above a room, you should notify your guests before they're booking with you! Second day, when we were waken up at 8:30, I asked the owner to stop it until 10, but the workers started again at 9 something. So no sleep thanks to this. Later for our final day, I asked the owner not to bring ANY construction until 10. Guess what? Workers started at 7:30 am this time! I went out angry to ask them to stop. They told me "yes sir, yes sir" and boom, at 8:15 hammers again! I was very rude that time, literally screaming everyone.

600 for a fan room. a better choice then most of the other budget places in coron.

Great place for a decent price! Friendly staff and good vibes. There is a balcony for everyone and a kitchen. One star minus because the rooms with windows are very loud and because the Wi-Fi isn't working.

Cozy place, friendly staff, clean budget rooms frequented by a lot of backpackers so it's easy to meet new friends. Would highly recommend!

Super cool guesthouse with amazing staff.

Nice and inexpensive. Fan rooms, great little pool to cool off. It's just missing a kitchen to make it a 5 stars in my eyes :) Clean place, even the fans were cleaned and they recommend the best restaurants!

An affordable place to stay when in Coron. Near the market and the Breakfast was superbly delicious. Staff were very accomodating and very friendly. They made our stay relaxing and stress free. Thank you :)

They have the best crew & service! Thanks to Ma'am Dianna for accommodating us and for organizing our private trip, it was very well planned. One thing you need to know about going to Coron Palawan is that you don't really need to spend a lot on a place to stay because you will be out island hopping most of the time anyway. I really suggest that you get a place which is at the center of Coron Town and near the public market, park, restaurants, and the port… ~ that is where Palanca Guest House is located. For me, this is a perfect budget friendly place and you really get what you pay for! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Big thanks to the crew and especially to Ma’am Dianna! We will see you again next time!

Patrick and Tezz and very friendly hosts. We enjoyed chatting with them often while we stayed there. The location is central with a few minute's walk into town where there are restaurants and markets.
