A nice, family run hotel with comfy beds, hot showers, lots of Wi-Fi and wonderful service. Conveniently located two blocks from the Plaza. I was very unwell during my time in Puno and the staff took excellent care of me while I recovered in my room. I’m very grateful for their help, thank you.
Very sweet owner with amazing amenities, spacious rooms and very clean. Great price/ quality. Basic but great breakfast. Just what is needed.

This is a solid 2 or 3 star hotel. Clean, showers are only jot certain times of day. What set this apart was how accommodating the owner was for our tour group group we had some extended stays and change of plans. That bumped this up to 4 stars for us.
