Very good attention since I entered helped me with the bags and very friendly all the staff I was in a room the most beautiful of the hotel. The only detail that in the jacuzzi leaked that night but instantly helped me fix the issue.

Great location, food court and mall across the street, amazing view to the ocean and fantastic customer service all around. Definitely, staying here in my future trips. The gym is very spacious and has everything you need. I didn't get a chance to go to the pool.

I love being pampered and love at JW Marriott Lima. The daily Peruvian foods in the lounge was so amazing and on top of that the view from the lounge is breathtaking beautiful.

Customer service is INCREDIBLE in English y Español! Beautiful, clean, quality hotel with INCRE'IBLE views and great access to the beautiful beaches of Miraflores and many wonderful shops, restaurants, COFFEE☕ and casinos in walking distance! Well worth a few extra dollars to have the service and amenities.

My husband and I stayed here in June of 2018. After our driver didn't show up to pick us up at the airport and swindled us for the trip we booked with him, we took a cab to the JW and booked a room. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Peru. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the food was spectacular. The staff was wonderful and really made our day the next day. Julio who runs the restaurant, had the most positive energy and was super attentive. We loved this hotel from the rooms to the restaurant, but the best part were the people who ran the JW!

If there is anything going wrong at a JW Marriott and there is no staff helping you, you might want to rethink your attitude! Have been traveling for 90% of the year for the last 15 years and never had a bad experience at JW’s. Had a great time, amazing experience, and YES, I always experience being a valued Marriott member and collecting points! Two thumbs up for another great experience with the Marriott group!

The location is the best of the hotel with that amazing beach view! Also lots of places to eat rich nearby and a top notch service.
He doesn't have a hairdresser.

This hotel is great, exactly what you'd expect from any JW Marriott. The location is the best part. The view looking over the Pacific is incredible. The proximity to local shops and restaurants is perfect. Walking distance to so many great activities. The hotel itself is on point, clean, helpful staff, etc. Free breakfast too, can't beat that.

I really liked the hotel. Beautiful designs, we had the suite with the panoramic view. The lounge is really nice. Kind and professional people. Good food, very hip!

We had a great experience. Excellent accommodations and an inviting and helpful staff. The rooms were very well taken care of as should be expected of a JW Marriott Hotel. The views were fantastic and the beds were comfy! The commons areas were relaxing to hang out in. I would highly recommend this place for your visit to Lima!

The JW Marriott is stunningly beautiful. With room views facing the ocean, you get to see the waves crashing onto the shoreline as paragliders sail above. The hotel staff is beyond friendly and generous, and are prompt whenever they are engaging with guests. By far, this is one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of visiting.

Excellent hotel with a very full service. The facilities are exquisite, the swimming pool, the gym, the dining room and the rooms are one pass. The location of 10, with fabulous sea views, access to the Larcomar just in front. I recommend it to 100%

It is one of my favorite hotels in the personal, as it has a good location, this close to one of the best shopping centers "Larcomar" and is a very good place to go for a walk, there are very good nightclubs to dance, restaurants and bars to be able to go out with friends S is a very quiet area and has a great view to the sea, so I recommend that if you come to Peru stay there.

What more can you ask? Best location in the city, overlooks the ocean, shopping and restaurants across the street, right on the Miraflores promenade. Beautiful modern rooms, great breakfast, in-house sushi / ceviche restaurant, pool and fitness center. Grab a drink in the executive lounge and see a fantastic sunset. Loved it here, felt like home. Only downside is you are a 30-45 minute drive to the airport, but it's SOOO worth it.

In the bar of the Marriott, Nuy good live music, the very elegant place and the cocktails Buenisimos, accompanied of Makis, hummm a good conversation, the maximum!

Pretty cool hotel in Lima, one of the better ones. I only stayed here for one night but the room was spacious and comfortable. The view from the lounge is nice and the food in the lounge is better compared with the offerings in the US. The service is nice, people are friendly as always. The only drawback is the noise level, but this depends on where you room is. Mine was unfortunately right above a private party floor, which plays extremely loud music until 3am… I was so tired so I slept pretty well but it was very loud. I still recommend the hotel for the nice room, good location and good service.

Had a sea front view, reasonable sized and well appointed room. Everything worked and it was quiet (other reviews talk about noise) but probably because we were high up and on the end. The club lounge food was probably one of the best I've encountered.

Plumbing issues. Toilet clogged n bath tub water didn't drain. Location is good.

Excellent hotel on the coast of Lima, with stunning views from the cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It's a decent walk up and down to the beach from the cliffs and old town Lima is about a 30-minute cab ride away. But this location in Miraflores is spectactular.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at but there were a few issues — First — we were very excited about the idea of going to the pool, we were told we must tell the front desk we want to go and they will have someone meet us. What they didn't say is the pool is very cold and no one is there. Would have been nice to know that before we got dressed up went there. Second issue — the steam room in the men's gym area smelled of mildew and was very unpleasant. It is an easy fix — some eucalyptus drops would be have been nice. Final issue — our door key cards did not work on 3 separate occasions. It was very annoying having to go to the room and coming all the way back down to get it fixed… over and over again. On the positive — customer service is great, rooms were awesome and facilities were exceptionally clean.

Almost synonymous with the Larcomar, the J. W. Marriott is definitely a luxury hotel and experience. I did find my single room small, but very comfortable and well appointed. Rates for this J. W. Are reasonable if you book well in advance, and don't rise too high if you book right before your arrival. Their restaurant / buffet was great, and all staff were very professional and welcoming. Location is pretty stellar, as Larcomar (mall) is across the street and Av. Jose Larco is a direct conduit to what makes Lima such a great city! However, I must note that I had a most unsettling experience making it to my room the first time after checking-in as a bikini'd lady followed me nearly to my hotel room, gauging any "interest" I had in her. As an alternative, definitely consider the Courtyard that's not too far away from here, just as comfortable/well appointed and much more affordable!

If you stay at the JW Marriott in Lima, Peru be prepared to be ripped off by their Airport shuttle. It is not free. It will cost you $50.00 US dollars! This is a unacceptable. We will never stay at a Marriott ever again. Shameful. There are too many other great hotels with free airport shuttles to choose from. Bye bye Marriott.

I stayed there many times throughout my often travels to Peru for 8 years. In all instances, the services and accomodations were excellent. Morning breakfast buffet was a splendid feast. One of the best hotels that I have ever experienced including all Marriott's. Security is top notch, too.

This is probably the most expensive hotel in Lima. Especially for the expense, it certainly doesn't stack up against other hotels. The concierge couldn't reliably make simple dinner reservations, and the Wi-Fi was out during much of our stay. It is also set in one of the most touristy locations in the whole city. You can do better.

Is one of the most Beautiful Hotel I ever seen. And the serving is 10stars.

Great location, attentive staff, good number of amenities, executive rooms are worth it for the breakfast option. The mall near by and hotel events makes coming back to the hotel early a viable option. The casino downstairs was not my scene but seems fine. Book in advance and ask for a room overlooking the beach.

Location good if you want to be near Larco Mar, cost totally out of line with room quality and size. Recommended if you like to overpay.
