Great hotel. Staff were good, rooms were large and clean, beds were firm but high quality. Breakfast area was a bit tight, but breakfast was very good.

We found a good rate and were surprised at how well the hotel is. Very nice on the inside, with very clean rooms, no bother the noise of the street, good attention… It is equivalent to a good 3 star hotel in Spain. Recommended.

Really the place is very cozy, it's like a very big house with rooms, you feel that way because everyone is friendly. Rooms of the size needed, clean, with closet, TV, safe, bathrooms with hot water, cleanliness is noticeable, polite staff. Breakfast does not have a lot of choice but it is good. I really recommend staying here.

Beautiful the attention is first class, the services also have all the facilities. Super close to Larcomar are within walking distance. It is almost next to the parque Kennedy. The Breakfast Buffet buenazo!

It is a house decorated with old stuff. The room that I rented was small, but comfortable, and the bathroom was fine. The price is at least three times more expensive than a hostel, but is fine for a couple days when your trip in Peru was finished.

It Is a hotel with a local style, very clean and with excellent attention. It Is 100m from the main park of Miraflores in a central and safe place. Everything is very close to here, including public mobilization. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice and cosy hotel. Very kind staff. Great breakfast. We have booked a double for 50USD, but their price list say 150USD which would be highly overpriced.

Location is great and the lobby is really nice. Daily breakfast is good too. But the rooms are really small, we almost always bumped into something or the other. No toilet paper when we checked in. But they were prompt to bring some in when we requested. Bathroom was slippery. Daily cleaning service was not bad.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. We stayed in room 107. Hot shower did not work for 2 days, staff could not fix it, I asked to take shower in other room, they said fully booked. So I had to take cold shower then they called and said other room is available. What!

The hotel is nice. The rooms were very cozy but I had a bad experience of attention. They are very friendly with foreign tourists and very distant with national tourists. Even the time I went I had problems with the hot water. Disappointed.

Great location in Miraflores, staff very nice and helpful, room very spacious bathroom fantastic, maybe the only flaw was a bit noisy the room at night but we had the window from on an inner courtyard. Generally recommended.

I stayed for 3 nights at Casa Suyay and I can only say that I am very happy to have done it as it is a very quiet and beautiful place perfect to be with family, the couple or alone, has excellent facilities the food is great and the service excellent. It is a very well located place as it is close to everything. Anyway I only have good things to say and I am very grateful for the good treatment that was given to me, I recommend it 100% to anyone.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, however they were very small. Our room had two twin beds that were pretty firm. Being a 6 ft tall guy it was not the best fit. The breakfast was fairly plain. Bread, ham, and cheese with yogurt drink and coffee was offered. Overall an ok experience and would recommend if you are needing a basic hotel.

Very clean and neat hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good an fresh, but refilling empty serving dishes was sometimes quite slow. Wi-Fi was limited throughout the building. I always had to go to the lobby to get any kind of signal. Overall, a positive stay and I would return in the future. It is in a quite location still close to shopping restaurants, and Kennedy Park.

The hotel allows you to q the embarkation and disembarkation of passengers and baggage is encroaching on the sidewalk and in front of a private property causing discomfort to the neighbors every morning.

Well located and nice building — very good for the price. Only negative was that the rooms do not have air conditioning and in summer can get very very hot.

A hidden gem of a little boutique hotel in Miraflores… and for a good price. Friendly & helpful staff and great location for my needs when in Miraflores. The rooms are always clean. I like it simple.

For my money, this is the only place to stay in Lima. Had a theft of all my money, credit card, etc. While in Lima. Have been here for two weeks and will stay another three waiting for passport, etc. They have not once asked me how I am going to pay, but have only expressed concern. (My credit card is on the way, but won't be here for a few days. ) Breakfast is great; the rooms are also good. Housecleaning staff found 20 soles under my bed this morning and reported it to the front desk and left it under a water bottle I had in the room. Desk staff are wonderful — friendly without being intrusive. Lobby is cheerfully decorated. From the first day I arrived here, I have been treated very well. Location is also ideal — a half block away from Parque Kennedy in the Miraflores District, and very close to the location where tour buses pick up passengers.

It is very good, a place that is comfortable and pleasant to stay a good time.
