Crowne Plaza Lima was absolutely amazing during our stay! They literally did not close their doors during the quarantine issue in Lima. Only 3 families remained and they kept their service open for us and ensured we were well taken care of and safe.

This is the place to stay when you visit Lima, Peru! It's pricey but do worth it. The security in this hotel is nothing like I've ever seen before and they are very inconspicuous about it. I slept more soundly here than any hotel in the States! The Senior Suite Room was very nice and roomy. There is a ton of traffic in Lima and in the Miraflores district but you did not hear anything, double paned sound proof windows. Room service was excellent, the food! the coffee! The only drawback is the limited choices, but that wasn't an issue for me. They also offer a shuttle service to the airport (Jorge Chavez International). If I am ever able to return I will stay there again.

Located at the heart of miraflores lima region surrounded by shops, coffees, restaurants, small malls.
The reception employees are friendly and they welcome you bu a champagne glass.

Very clean and nice place to stay, breakfast was very good. Great selection going for typical Peru to international and classic. By second day they even salute by your name. So it means the attendants are paying attention.

Hotel comodisimo, feels like home, very spacious and hygienic. It is located in a very central location and eye-catching, very good attention. In general all excellent.

Close to places to meet, near casinos. In the heart of Miraflores. The restaurant offers a good menu with a very good taste. The bar has a very nice atmosphere.

Very nice and well located hotel, in the middle of the Mirafiores district. Only 10 minutes walking from the Larcomar center, with a beautiful ocean view. Breakfasts are very good, with lots of choices. The only thing I didn't like was a pretty noisy air-conditioning (similarly loud to many air-conditioners I saw in the USA — so not a disaster, still could be more quiet)

Good location, beds meals but they are not very clear with supplement pricing and the check in and check out process is a bit messy and long. Correct services but they don't stand out either.

Great hotel with some peculiarities. Location is great, there's three large grocery stores, multiple restaurants, stores, casinos, etc… Service is amazing. Most employees spoke some English, a few employees spoke fluent English. I tried speaking Spanish to all of the employees, and even the ones that spoke English were kind enough to entertain me and speak Spanish with me. Reasonable price, US style outlets, nice rooms with a mini fridge. Only complaints were that that shower was a bit temperamental as far as temperature adjustment, and there was no microwave, so we could not heat our leftovers. There was also a small coffee maker but no tea kettle. I like having a cup of tea in my room before bed. I don't think that the minuses are enough to subtract a star, as the service was exceptional.

Being from Iowa in the United States and having never been to Lima before I was very concerned about where I would be staying as I am here for 11 nights. I called and spoke with the manager Jose and he assured me of what I needed to hear. The Hotel is very, clean and friendly. However, the staff here is extremely good at what they do. Possibly better than most resorts I have been to. I have looked around while here and know that I made the absolute best possible choice for staying in Miraflores. Thank you, Crown Plaza, Peru.

My wife and I stayed for one night. Check-in took longer than expected although staff were pleasant. The bellboy was very polite, spoke good English, and had map of area in his pocket and offered advice on where to visit. His service was exceptional (shame I can't remember his name). Room was comfortable but strange, plenty of space in bathroom but was basin and bench outside bathroom. Bed comfortable, good internet, and quiet. We had a drink in lobby bar but it was so cold so we only stayed for one drink and decided for room service. Check out fast. We stayed September 2014.

Stayed here twice a few years ago now. Easily our best ever hotel experience! The breakfast buffet is not cheap by Lima standards but it was easily the best ever! Really nice, comfortable hotel with amazing staff. Highly recommended.

Rooms on floor 15 are small but cozy. The staff is awesome and attend to your every need. The breakfast is fantastic. The pool and gym are very small. You have one bike, two step machines and there treadmills. They have free weights up to 15# and a stretching area. The elevator is slow and the hot water is extremely hot.

Good hotel just a lot of hype sometimes.

Easy access, excellent hotel of a chain is very good, fast access for the colon to go to the Costa Verde to go to the Airport. Very close to many sites in Miraflores such as Larcomar, Parque Kennedy, Ovalo de Miraflores, all the quays of Miraflores.

Of the best rooms of events. Highly recommended.
