Had a great time here last summer. The staff were great and helpful. The food was good, the swimming pool was wonderful to cool off in. It was exciting to see the monkeys up close and take the boat on the river.

We had a wonderful time here. The rooms are clean and authentic, the food was great (one of the people had a lactate restriction and they always accommodated for her as well) and our guide, Rolando, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. You really could not ask for kinder and nicer people than the ones running this place! We saw a lot of wildlife and had great experiences with local people and farmers in the area as well ❤️

Another great place to stop and see. Are hut was fantastic and very comfortable. Excursions and tours were well-thought-out and guided. Wish we could have gone on more boat rides down the small tributaries off of the main river. Food was great and personnel very accommodating. Love the bar for our end-of-day meetups.

We stayed here three days and enjoyed a full programme of jungle experience. The food was excellent, the staff professional and the bungalows very comfortable. The garden and the pets were lovely! Also the bar was a cool place to hang out and drink really good and cheap cocktails. If I had time I would stay longer!

Every thing about Corto Maltes is amazing, from tours to the food and the staff. We had probably the best holiday we will ever have here. Worth every penny.

Fabulous accommodations I didn't expect to see. A pool is present, the rooms are individual bungalows. Was a great experience for our teenagers as well.

A hostel very close to the Port that has their trails very well maintained and enjoys a rainforest.

My husband and I stayed at the Corto Maltes Amazonia eco resort in April 2018. What a wonderful experience! We were assigned to an excellent guide named Franklyn, who impressed us both with his knowledge of the jungle and love for the rainforest and animals there. The bungalow was modern and comfortable and the experience wonderful. We would recommend this trip to anyone looking to experience and learn about the Amazon rainforest and the ecology there.

I loved our stay in the jungle with Corto Maltes. The grounds are beautiful, the food is excellent, cabins are very comfortable and our guides, Julio and Jose were fantastic. We saw caiman, capybaras, river otters, sloths and a number of beautiful birds. This was one of the best parts of our stay in Peru and for the price, it's a great way to see the jungle. Highly recommended.

I finished my stay in Peru by a magical moment at Corto Maltas Amazonia! The site, the dishes, the cocktails as well as the staff and the guides, everything was excellent! Did not have time to enjoy the pool with all these excursions but it gave much envy. As for the bungalow it is nice to find a comfort such as this in the jungle and you get used very quickly to the timetable or the current is available because yes there are hours for the current, we are in the Amazon!

Beautiful and well maintained lodge. The bungalows are adequately furnished and clean. While the electricity is only available for portions of time, it's more than enough. The place has a good bar, Wi-Fi during the evenings and top notch breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is very courteous and the guides are knowledgeable and dedicated.

Great tour and met really interesting people. I don't really have a lot of expectation for staying in the jungle but Cotton Maltes's lodges are really well done. Hot water 24 hours and every meal had been great! The bar tender Benoit gave me some off menu drinks which were all amazing. On the menu Arizonia is a MUST try! Tour guides Jose and John are both knowledgeable about the plants and animals in the park. Very patient in explaining and always friendly to help. They are both so good at spotting wild animals in camouflage to point to us too! Only thing is the second day on boat to the river spotting animals was a little too long. In the end everyone was ready to get back but still in the river under the sun. I would cut down that time cause we would all be glad just to relax in the lodge area. Overall great experience! I think three day tour is perfect, no need longer. Just bring a lot of mosquito repellent and your curiosity! I kinda appreciate the Wifi being so bad so I actually made a lot of friends chatting with real people! Missed it!

The place was clean and service was excellent. The food was super tasty and John is a great guide. There are tons of beautiful animals in the jungle and the tour is just awesome.

Great experience! Small groups make a private experience, all was clean, the guide guy was really friendly, the food was great, the personal assistance was really good. Definitely we are going to return to Corto Maltes! Jose was a great guide!

The food of a lot of quality.

Spent two nights there, beautiful surroundings, learned a lot about the Amazonia. Stayed in lodge Bedbugs bit me all over, bed must have been full of them. Power is turned off at 10:30 at night until 7:00 am and then again at 2:00 until 5:00 pm. No a/c in lodges, no phone, no Internet. Internet available at main building but very bad connection. People who work there are very friendly and helpful. Bring a flaslight. Bug spray and long sleeve shirts and long pants. Was not advised by booking company of these requirements. If I ever come back to this area, I will look at another place and do a bit more research.

Fantastic, luxurious houses, with mosquito nets and veranda's with hammocks. The whole camp area surprisingly mosquito free. Great jungle hikes, water trips, wildlife viewing (all kinds of birds, alligators, monkeys, interesting insects), visit to indigenous inhabitants, with very good, friendly and professional guide who really knows the land, the flora and fauna. One of the jewels of our great great journey!

Amszing wildlife, amazing guide (julio), and amazing food!

Visited with my family Mar 2016 — great experience. Amazing guides, good organization, amazing food. The only recommendation I have is to turn the generator at 4.30 a. M so that people going on the 5 a. M. Tours can prepare a little easier.
