This is a destination resort located some distance outside of Ica and best enjoyed with a multi-night stay. We have been here twice and love the relaxed ambiance, fine dining, and luxury accommodations. The rooms are well appointed.
This is one of Peru’s finest working vineyards and I gained a real appreciation for the quality of Inkitalpa and Santiago Quirologo wines and piscos.
The hotel is fabulous. We stayed 2 nights so we could see the Nazca lines, but it is still a long drive tomthem from here. We stayed in a matrimonial junior plus vista jardin room, and the room was spacious with a private terrace overlooking the vinyard. All the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly when my husband was ill and I had to order room service. The pool area is stunning. The breakfast was plentiful and the best quality and great coffee. They made up a breakfast box for us on the second day as we were leaving early. The one thing we were disappointed with was our meal at the restaurant. We had the house Lomo Saltado and a seafood risotto. We both felt that they were a bit tasteless, which was a shame considering the langoustines that we had for starters were amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

⭐️ Very disappointing experience — not worth the price.
My husband and I stayed at queirolo resort Vineyard on Saturday, August 29, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
First, I booked our stay through Hotels. Com, but when we arrived, our reservation was not on their list. After some confusion, we were eventually allowed to check in.
That evening, I ordered a filet mignon for dinner. What I received was clearly not a filet mignon. The meat looked and tasted more like a flank steak, with a significant amount of fat and connective tissue. I explained this to the waiter and told him several times that it was not a filet mignon. Instead of listening to my concern, he repeatedly insisted that it was. I asked if the chef could please come out so I could speak with him directly, but the waiter refused to have him come to the table and told me there was nothing they could do because it was a filet mignon.
I later spoke with someone at the front reception and explained what had happened. The next morning, while my husband and I were having breakfast, the chef finally came out and acknowledged that the meat I had been served was not a filet mignon. He apologized, which I appreciated, but nothing else was done about it. My issue was never about getting something for free—I simply expected to receive what I paid for.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there.
