I booked a new year‘s package including a new year‘s eve party and some extras for a comparable huge amount of money. Maybe my expectations were a bit too high after I paid the price, however there were only 2 sources of electricity in the room and 1 didn’t work. There was no water at the breakfast, I had to ask for water. There was loud party outside 3 days in a row until 2-3 am without soundproof windows; the bass nearly teared apart the glass. In the hotel bar I had to ask for my change after they gave me a wrong product.
Long story short: the rooms are huge, the water in the shower either cold or burning hot, the staff is friendly but slow as well as less service oriented (and none of them speaks english). Wi-Fi is a catastrophe. Above that the special packages for events are absolutely not worth it.
