⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent! Fantastic views and great customer service. We enjoyed a lot the food in restaurants: Ballestas and Chalanas. If you’re planning to go to Paracas, this is definitely the place to stay.

It is one of the best hotels In Paracas, large rooms, an expectacular pool, top notch attention and all its top facilities.

Overpriced, overrated, hotel resort 4 stars like, no more, is ok. Front desk not really friendly, made me feel unwelcome at my check in! Waitstaff Ballestas restaurant courteous, Main pool staff not manners at all. 3 out of 5 stars overall!

A true 5-star hotel. Staff are courteous and polite. Brilliant service. Beautiful grounds. The main pool is heated — wonderful temperature is swim in despite it being winter time. Rooms are spacious. There is housekeeping twice a day. Breakfast is included and I loved it that they have a wide selection of quality teas and even fresh honey from a honeycomb. The cocktails are awesome! And reasonably priced. Almost the same as getting a drink in the main town along the water (touristy), but this is a at a 5-star hotel with wonderful service and environment that is so pleasing to the eye. Pizza is to-die-for. Got me to pizza heaven. But note, it is Italian woodoven style, super thin crust. The tiramisu was horrible though, more like a cake, quite a disappointment. Food tends to be too salty, but I think it's peruvian food being quite salty, in general. I loved the luxury collection hotel! Will love to be back. And to try other hotels in the luxury collection chain.

This is a beautiful hotel 10 minutes walk from the bars resteraunts and shops of the small town of Paracas. Room was spacious and beautiful with a VERY comfortable bed. Great facilities and own private beach area. Staff were great and breakfast was superb! We loved it here.

Great place. This was our last stop on a 3 week tour of Peru. Perfect place to relax. Great food, staff, views and accommodation. Will highly recommend it.

Nice 5* hotel with more staff than guests. Quite literally there were only about half as dozen guests in the huge hotel. Deserted. Food ok, we went Italian. Tried a couple of bars, ok. If you don't like birds flapping past don't go to the outdoor one. Breakfast pretty good but don't leave your food on the plate if you go back inside to get something, the birds will have it. The pools both have birds bathing and drinking, not that hygienic I would have thought. Massive room, was upgraded. Not cheap. Staff very friendly. Couldn't get nails done in spa despite appearing on spa menu, the nail lady didn't work that day. Strange. Only massages available that day. Quiet, right on the beach. Pelicans about. Every morning they put out the cushions and towels around the pool, and every evening they took them all back on. Nothing unusual until ok say every towel etc was unused. No guests you see! I would stay again and hope it would be as bit more lively. Great stay.

I always return for its large spaces, friendly people and good cuisine. Vicente, your manager supervises the business carefully. It is often seen by the area both to guests and visitors.

One of the best hotels I have stayed. The dining was great, The service and staffs were praiseworthy. And of course, the upgraded room with my own private jacuzzi overlooking the ocean was a plus.

My partner and I went in for dessert last night, we read online they advertise a small vegan menu including a vegan carrot cheesecake. When we asked about it someone looked for a menu for about 5 minutes, then a manager came over and we expressed we were just in for dessert. He said they have a vegan carrot cheesecake, we ordered two. Awhile later we were brought two tiny pieces of what looked and tasted like old pound cake. If we were just told there was no vegan dessert we would have been fine and appreciated the honesty. I work in fine dining and it was a really awkward experience here at the resort. We didn't eat the cake, and just waited for someone to come by. Every waiter and manager avoided us, till we eventually had to come up and pay. We asked to have the bread removed and just paid for two tea's. Communication is everything and this awkward experience could have been avoided.

Came here for lunch and it was spectacular. The food was great and the resort was beautiful!

I really liked the hotel in the middle of the desert. Pros: the common areas are beautiful. The food is amaising, we had the sushi at Friday and lunch at the Fish restaurant on the water. Some of the stuff are very helpful and polite but some, specialy the girls at the bar looks a bit bored and they were unvisible during the early afternoon. Cons:I did not like that they renovated the pool which had a bad paint smell and late afternoon the roof of the bar. It is very disturbing. They should close the place for a week and do all necessairy renovation during that time. The rooms are a bit dark, they should change the wooden balcony door to a full glassdoor insted. The bathroom is very nice and everything is very clean. The garden is stunning!

It is the oldest hotel in the area. But totally remodeled, always keeping a cozy style, gardens that give it a very special appeal. It is made in such a way that the Paracas winds, typical of the area, do not affect the social areas and the bungalows.
The food is international and excellent. You can also go to the hotel pier and taste dishes with freshly-taken fish from the sea. The sea has a beautiful blue color, turquoise.

Paracas is not the ideal destination for a beach holiday this resort represents a refuge and the place that can save your vacation:) It's an oasis of green in the desert! Very good service, impeccable rooms and a wide selection of sports activities. For the restoration there is still room for improvements but also very good.

Just 200 kilometers from Lima is the local Ocean Riviera, where right on the beach is a great eco hotel Paracas. Stayed here two nights in a comfortable modern large suite overlooking the ocean and balcony. The water in the ocean is cold, so a great shallow pool near the restaurant. Decent breakfasts, friendly staff who constantly forget everything from the orders, quite modern 4 star hotel, slightly tired. But the price-quality is quite normal. And the main thing-directly from the pier from here sent boats to the islands Ballestas, which were the purpose of our visit. The tour can be bought directly from the concierge. Recommended when visiting Peru.

We loved ending our Peruvian vacation at Hotel Paracas. It is a Starwood Property and has excellent service, beautiful grounds and two great pools, restaurants. The rooms are villas with amazing bathrooms. We played ping pong, sat by both pools and had delicious food. The breakfast buffet is included and it’s extensive.

Excellent location in the Bay of Paracas, access by the main thoroughfare of the town and Seaway to its private pier. Meets all the stars that requires a hotel of that category. Excellent service, better facilities and very nice atmosphere. If you are lucky enough to have good weather the relax is guaranteed. With two pools available (one more "quiet" and one More "fun") you fight the heat when you think it's necessary. Drinks and snacks service available in the swimming pools. Two restaurants, one of pasta and another of Mediterranean food-typical enough to satisfy the most demanding palates. There is also a seafood restaurant at the end of its main pier. Prices are somewhat high, but within reason. Two bars with very cosy fireplaces with evident variety of liquors. SPA, sauna and children's entertainment room. Nautical activities (catamaran, kayak, yacht and Sodiac; the first two free of charge), mountain bike, fat bike, slackline, ping pong, Toad, Fulbito, giant balls (for pool and garden), bonfire, "Cinema" and treasure hunt for the little ones, is a very good option for all types of interests: between friends, couples, family, business, social events, etc. Check in: 15:00 and check out: 12:00 (with option to late check out according to availability) The only thing that if I thought was ridiculous were the almost S/40 of the room service for the continental breakfast. To highlight the comfort and design of the rooms.

Being a guest in the 143 and when you enter the cart that changes bedding shifts me to a side by getting out of space/caused me strong pain in my upper rib right and luck that there was no rupture.

Absolutely Fantastic! Had an amazing time staying at Hotel Paracas. The service was top notch and the friendly staff were always going beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoyed both pools right on the beach, with Kayaks, Paddleboards etc. For daily activities. Great stay, would highly recommend. Wish I never had to leave.

The staff here are perfect, and bend over backwards for all requests. They're exceptionally well trained, and the restaurant is about the same price as in town, but for way better food.

This place is excellent. The food, the ambiance, the service, the landscape. It's about a 6 minute walk to the pier in Paracas but they have their own pier with a cevicheria and boat rides to Islas ballestas (when weather permits). The beds are extremely comfortable.

Welcome to paradise resort hotel! Stayed 3 nights here with my familly in January 2013 and we will keep an unforgettable memory. Didn't know that this beautiful hotel resort was established since 1944, which made it even more prestigious. We loved everything here; the architecture & design, the beautiful swimming pool, the massages at the spa, the room was well decorated and had everything as a normal standard Starwood room, we liked the free Wi-Fi in the lobby, the food (delicious peruvian meals) & drinks (pisco sour) at the restaurant & at the bar, the service by the staff at the restaurant and bar/swimming pool were very kind, true and friendly. The view on the Ocean from the beach but as well the desert (Paracas National Reserve) was breathtaking in the evening with the sunset. *Now the little complaints, even though I'm fluent in Spanish with an accent, the people at the front desk where not too friendly (except the bellman) and had a bit of attitude with us everytime we were asking questions + check-in/check-out, which I didn't like since the amount of money for 1 night is already high, you except a kind service with a smile here, this is not an cheap motel here. Same thing for the concierge, who couldn't gave us too much informations about the area and sent us to their tourist vacation agency into the resort. A regular concierge or even a simple bellman in every hotels could give suggestions for booking tours, restaurants and so on.
