Very good service 5 stars.

The hotel is very nice, but the package with tours lousy disorganized, the lord mobilizes poor grace to treat you like a package that let you charge up to someone and raisins from hand to hand, time wasting and above don't explain it well in that consists of all the tours. If only hotel would go and clean everything, the infrastructure, the pool, the attentive staff, the breakfast, but as a package NOT.

It is located in Ica city. So, it's very close to oltursa bus terminal.

Accessible place located in an urbanization. Prices according to the services, it has a small swimming pool, restaurant and laundry. Clean and bright rooms. Prices vary according to location and view. Include breakfast.

It is a clean hotel, comfortable, quiet and at the same time close to the city and shopping center.
The most important thing the staff is very nice and polite, you feel at home.

Very nice. I chose it through here and I don't regret it. The receptionist was very friendly. They ask you for a taxi every time Q you're going out. The rooms were very good. It's in a quiet area.
The bad: minimal things, a bit of discoordination when arriving, had no clear reservation. The image and sound of your TV very bad, despite being HD received a bad signal. They are building one more floor, the bricklayers make a lot of noise when working something that is natural. The pool good though many dead wasps. In the early morning you would hear people chatting aloud, I didn't know if they were guests or the people at the reception. A little expensive, despite having paid for one more person, I was not put up with a towel, soap or extra pillow.

Good time! Great service of the person, I very friendly, attentive, solve some inconvenience. The breakfast was very good. The facilities are totally clean and the pool is great. Super recommended!

The Place is nice and the attention OK but the bathrooms are too cramped if you are in all rooms but it is my only complaint.

Good hotel very comfortable and very reasonable prices.

My wife and I travelled here for our honeymoon. Although the hotel was very busy since the Dakar rally was taking place and the Ukrainian team (and others were staying there). Despite this the staff were always attentive to our needs and they always went the extra mile to call cabs, provide food (even out of hours) or sort out little problems. The place was very clean and the location was more relaxing than most in Ica.

Excellent careful attention and modern place reasonable prices.
