I’ve stayed at dozens of Hyatt properties and this by FAR is the best one. 10/10 service, location, fresh air…it’s one of my favorite hotels now!

Sadly only got to stay two nights but really enjoyed. Beautiful scenic property. A short ride into Ollantaytambo main center and train to Machu Picchu.

We had a wonderful 3 nights on tour with high school students. Laundry service was available, and the meals were fantastic.

Beautiful courtyard with friendly staff. Feels like you wake up in a Disney palace. The garden and courtyard are beautiful. Breakfast is yummy and so nice eating in the nice garden.

The hotel has a calming vibe and a great place to relax after a day of touring. We appreciated the tea station near reception with muna (for digestion) and coca (for altitude) teas.

The nicest hotel I’ve ever been to! The rooms are clean and new, and the resort feels like something out of a fairy tale. The nicest pool & jacuzzi.
