It's awesome their staff are so humble and polite shows the true heart of the cusqueños. Their restaurant it's amazing the entertaining and staff in the restaurant were amazing we will definitely come back to Sonesta and will recommend it to our friends.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations. We came with my husband to rest a few days at Easter and everything was impeccable. Kindness was present at all times. Compliance with the protocols is excellent and gave us a lot of security and peace of mind. All the workers were helpful and gave 110% on every interaction with us to make sure our stay was good. I highly recommend it!

The hot water faucet is leaking in our bathroom on the tub water doesn’t necessarily shut off but that can happen anywhere the hotel is nice and everybody’s been wonderful.

Great service. I found doorman always quick on his feet to take our luggage. Morning breakfast easily beats any North American hotels morning breakfast. They have daily room service. Have free airport drop and luggage storage if you plan to store few bags when you go for bag packing.

Very good hotel, near to the centre (Plaza Dr Armas) Hotel offers very good rooms and the breakfast is very good.

The rooms are very clean and the staff is excellent. It is in walking distance to all of the shops and sites. We are very happy with our stay.

The stars of a hotel not only gives you the infrastructure, but the treatment of all the workers to the guests, really are spent, all very friendly, full of details and attentions are beyond 5 stars!

A very elegant hotel and good standard, the rooms are simple but well equipped and spacious.
It has different areas and Highlightthe restaurant, very elegant and well decorated; the menu is varied and tasty.
The staff is excellent, everyone is very friendly and they do their job well.

Staff is awesome, but there are cheap polyester linned duvets on the beds: they trap moisture and do not provide insulation in these cold rooms. You can only activate manually the heating system, but it is so noisy it won't let you sleep. Also, rooms are not isolated from outside noise and cold. (It's right in front a busy junction with some military building nearby where they play trumpets at 7 am). As the heater is so noisy and has to be controlled manually, it's almost impossible to get the right temperature in the room at night. Awful to go through all these after a long day. Also breakfast is quite basic and uninteresting.

Great choice. Staff is very well trained and warm. Breakfast buffet its included and has a wide variety of bread, different fresh squeezed juices, fruits, an egg cooking station, also pasta and salad. Cozy environment and great music at the restaurant. Everything works fine in the room and very important! there is a good hair dryer, toiletries are good quality. I had an inconvenience with my safe box due to my own mistake and they solve it in less than five minutes so I made it on time to my 5 a. M. Tour. My only advice is to take up a notch regarding the food (I had dinner twice during my stay) so they can be at the same level of good restaurants in Cusco. I think its doable with the good quality ingredients the hotel already uses. Congratulations to the staff and management, I will definitely come back.

The best hotel I've ever been, staff were so nice and kind, they helped us a lot with our 1yo baby, I will be always thankful for it!. Hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and big, many TV channels, the breakfast was very delicious. It is a must in Cusco!

Amazing hotel and very friendly service. The food is not bad and the room is good. It's far a little bit from the center but better because the traffic in the center in unbearable. The restaurant opens at 5am because many tourists go in tours that go out very early. The bathroom is clean but room noise isolation is not that great.

See Karina at the front desk, she was polite, helpful and friendly. They offer coca tea to help with altitude sickness. Try the cookies by the front desk. Best shower!

One of the most luxurious rooms we ever stayed in. A separate seating area with a coffee maker, bathroom with separate water closet, shower and spa tub. Wonderful view of the city. The staff is very accommodating and are all bi-lingual.

I stayed here for three nights. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is in a good neighborhood, within walking distance to a lot of touristy sites. Plenty of shuttles and taxis travel on Ave El Sol, so getting a ride somewhere is no big deal. The room was comfortable and had a modern design. The bed was really comfortable. Shower and bathroom were great. Cleaning staff did great work each morning/afternoon. They actually left several snacks on two of the days along with a thank you note. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had plenty of choices. There was a bar/lounge in the lobby which I didn't try out (because of the altitude). Don't expect great sweeping views of the city, but it is a really nice place to lay your head at the end of a long travel day.

The hotel has excellent staff. Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast is amazing also. My only issue with the hotel is that it doesn't have any gym. Other than that the hotel as s hotel is being managed nice. Also, this has nothing to do with the hotel but there are people trying to sell you something as soon as you step outside of the hotel. I mean on the steps of the hotel.

Excellent location. Very nice restaurant. Very good breakfast (varied and abundant). Everything very clean and well maintained. Beds very comfortable. Oxygen equipment. On our first stay of two days (24-26/5), kindness and courtesy were "pleasantly overwhelming". In my second stay (29 Friday night till Saturday 30th in the morning) I have had an absolute distrato. No one took care of the phone (reception/room service). I had to go down to ask what I needed. I was informed that "the lines are congested" (at 11 pm? ) "Good to see that he wants to" asked one of them with an astonishing rudeness. I have said that in the previous stay, I had forgotten my Pajamas (noted disdainfully) and asked him to bring us a hamburger to the room. The reception staff were Giancarlo (the rough) and Elliot (do not know/no answer). I never knew what happened to my pajamas.

Really rude staff. They nickel and dime you for everything. Laundry service is insane $2 per pair of underwear? They wanted an extra $40 for a second person in a double superior room that was already paid for online. I asked for a room with a view and it was on the 2nd floor with a view of slums. The housekeeper woke us up t 8 then knocked 3 more times then the front desk called the room. There are too many hotels in Cusco, no need to deal with this place.

They have no airport service. They indicated that it is close to main square and is not well. Very bad.

Excellent hotel, 100% recommended.
