Definitely spectacular the best of the best super good care recommended for the world an impeccable quality is recommended absolutely everything there is nothing more to ask.

Bad experience the last time I went in December 2020. They did not have ready the reservation I made when I arrived and regarding the treatment of the staff that was in terrible reception. As we agreed to a discount we were treated very rudely, especially at the time of check out. When we were not in the hotel, the staff would come into the room to take the clean towels and soaps, so then there were no towels, we had to order and they took a lot. In the days we stayed the TV never worked, as much as we asked them to fix it, they never did. The day we left we forgot my facial in the room, and they didn't want to hand us over by telling us that the guest who was now in that room was very special and important and they couldn't knock on the door. So they made me wait for the long term. I wrote about my complaint to Mrs. GLADYS when I retired and then it came to them because she read it and to this day neither AN APOLOGY!

Excellent cuisine and wonderful atmospheres.

Our stay at Belmond was nothing short of excellent. Wilberth Soncco as well as the other wonderful staff made our week very enjoyable. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone coming to Cusco.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. The beautiful old monastery and grounds were so beautiful and romantic. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff attentive and friendly. The rooms were well appointed and the bathrooms luxurious. This hotel is centrally located in Cusco and you can walk everywhere easily, yet quiet and a nice retreat after a busy day sight seeing. I loved the Gregorian chants they played as well as the local music in the bar. I think I left a little bit of my heart in Cusco. I also csn’t say enough about our guide Eliuth Perez who kept us organized and on time. He was fun, informative, and very understanding when we wanted to slow the pace down to take pictures.

Amazing, the most beautiful and cozy hotel in Cusco. But what really caught my eye was the caring attention, authentic smiles, how the employees are empowered by Belmond to fulfill your every need. Although the hotel was full, as we are on the high season, they were all relaxed and focused on our wellness! Great job guys!

Beautiful and Comfortable Experience
Loved this hotel. The rooms are well appointed and beautiful and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and we loved the history of this amazing place. The entire staff was very helpful as this was our first time in Cusco.
It was an oasis of calm and luxury in a busy city. The monastery/chapel part of the hotel was stunning. The garden square area was lit by a fire pit — magical. The bar staff were friendly, and we had the place to ourselves in front of the fire on huge sofas until a large but friendly corporate group pitched up. Perfect position in Cusco — not too far up a hill from the Plaza Mayor del Cusco, so only a little puffing and panting.

A fantastic hotel in the heart of Cusco, just one block from Plaza de Armas. Very kind an helpful staff. Nice rooms. Courtyards with fountains and a fire pit where you can sit outside for breakfast or drinks in the evening. I highly recommend this up market hotel.

Truly one of the most beautiful places on this earth. From the magnificence of the gregorian chanting, to the 5 star service Soncco "Wilbur" gave to us. Thank you Soncco for taking the time to make us feel so special! Truly, heaven on earth.

This is a very nice hotel in an old monestary. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is located in the old part of Cuzco and is very close to the Plaza Dr Armas and a number of museums as well as two large Spanish era churches. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. The only drawback is that the hotel restaurant is over priced.

Honestly, this hotel can easily be the best hotel we have stayed in — exceptional service and the details are meticulous! We got upgraded to junior suite with upstairs lounge. We loved every minute. The breakfast and dinner service were also exceptional! Things to keep in mind — we asked to use the laundry service not knowing they only do dry clean so we ended up paying a hefty price for old clothes to be washed ironed and folded nicely. A laughable situation really. They don't have a spa here so we used another spa near by which was fab.

Quaint hotel, beautiful courtyard, one of the nights we were there had jazz in the lounge and opera while we ate dinner.

In the cool end of May to stay for three days and two nights, early in the cold 1 degree Celsius in the morning in the scattered in the still large atrium garden, looking around the beautiful mouth-shaped building is the monastery converted hotel, the cloister is full of paintings full of artistic atmosphere, our room bedroom is a little but pleasantly small but pleasantly located with a small attic living room, If you are a local person, you should enjoy this restaurant! Enthusiastic service staff, delicious hearty breakfast is a hotel worth experiencing!

In my concept this hotel is the best hotel in the world quality of people service excellent service in the rooms. It's a beautiful place and art gallery. They also prepare the best pisco in all of Peru.

I was constantly stunned by the exceptional and attentive service, especially by Roger at the front and Beatriz during each day I ate breakfast. I loved everything about my stay there, from the beautiful grounds, the awesome staff, the lovely room and the spiritual enlightenment. The location is perfect because you can easily walk everywhere but it's so beautiful you almost don't want to leave. I would love to return soon. I left a piece of my heart in Cusco, and definitely with this hotel.

Wow! If you are visiting Cusco then you must take the time to stay at the Belmond. The experience is absolutely worth the price. The level of attention to detail and the service is genuinely second to none. From the moment you arrive you will experience the most subtle and wonderful service. The beautiful courtyards of this former monastery are stunning. The first, pictured, is also an al fresco extension of the wonderful restaurant and bar. The hotel also features an excellent spa with well trained masseuses. You have to try it.

I came here during the holiday. It was so beautiful, very fancy, elite service! Great food (8-course meal)! The New Years dinner was amazing! There was a small live orchestra and everyone was full of joy and excitement. After dinner there was a beautiful party with a live performer, costumed host interacting with the guest! Good champagne — I had a great night! (I didn’t get a chance to take pictures of all the food, I was stuffing my face)

Spectacular settings near to all the attractions in Cusco. Service is impeccable and one of the best breakfast buffet ever (and I am not a breakfast person). They realized somehow that my fifteen years old birthday was on the day of our arrival and he found a delicious cake in his room.

This hotel is located 2 blocks from the Plaza de Armas of Cusco. Opposite Nazarenas Square. A very special place and the attention is 5 *.

A very luxurious hotel, a house very well restored even with a chapel inside, good food and drinks, close to the city centre. The prices if they are enough high by the category of the Hotel. We loved.

Exceptional. A reproach may be the size of the bathroom. For the rest the setting is remarkable. And the breakfast to the sound of Gregorian songs is an unforgettable moment.

Beautiful converted monastery. Every room is different but comfortable. An exceptionally nice hotel in this town and expensive. Restaurant has great but expensive food. Very comfortable and luxurious hotel built in part in 1500's.

We were here for a wedding. Both the ceremony and reception were here. Everything was too notch! I can't comment on their hotel accommodations as we didn't use them.

This place is pure magic! The lobby, the rooms, the service, the smells, the breakfast bar… Makes me want to stay here for good!

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The hotel is a historic, converted monastery with a lovely garden area. The oldest known tree in Cusco is on the property. The artwork was fascinating. The beds were comfortable with high quality lines and duvets. The bath amenities were excellent with plush towels. The hotel staff ensured a seamless transition of luggage to our room after our trip to Machu Picchu. The food, service and experience was excellent. The lighting in the room was good, with plenty of outlets, including US style. Wi-Fi was included and we experienced excellent speed. Because the hotel is a converted monastary, the hallways can be chilly. A sweater or light jacket when roaming is recommended.

We spent three amazing nights of our honeymoon in this magic place, for which no words could ever be enough.

Stayed here for a few nights in Cusco (after staying at the JW Marriott there) and can definitely say this is the nicest hotel in Cusco (if not all of Peru! ). From the amazing service and hospitality offered by each and every staff member to the luxurious rooms, bathrooms, and courtyard, the Belmond Monasterio is one of our favorite hotels. We coordinated a private day tour through the Belmond around the Sacred Valley and had the easiest, most coordinated experience with an awesome guide. We also did the Pisco Sour Tasting class with Igor and loved it — you learn a ton about pisco's history and get to learn how to make your own drink!

Let me begin by telling you at every turn you will not be disappointed. The staff is exquisitely trained and quick to respond before your needs as it should be at a facility of this caliber. The rooms are tops, given white glove care. Our room was equipped with oxygen infusion. We were appreciative as mum succumbed to altitude sickness. The management recommended a very respectable private physician who was not only capable, but attentive. Back to the room. It offered incredible 18th century artwork. The adobe style tile on the floor was laden with a very large lovey loomed rug. The room had two double beds which were comfortable with the softest linens. An equipped writing desk for journaling like days gone by. Two amply sized dressers completed the room. The wc was a personal spa in itself, explanation not required. Only high end toiletries provided for your convenience! Top quality Egyptian cotton towels, with dual vanities and marble abound. Rooms get checked at least thrice daily for tidying and water bottle needs. Nightly turn down services are offered as well as another bottle of water for your night stand. Come morning you may enjoy a wide offering from the breakfast buffet. I won't go into detail I will however say you will not be disappointed! On one of the evenings we did partake in dining in the caverns whilst enjoying the soothing sounds of opera. The sounds of their voices resonating with the walls was a force in itself, so melodic.

What can I say about this place and the staff? I can say plenty. I had two stays at Monasterio during my recent visit to Cusco and Machu Picchu. 1 night prior to going to Machu Picchu and 2 nites after. The customer service at this property is beyond compare. Both stays, we were greeted at the front door and asked to sit in the lounge while our reservation was taken care of. We were offered tea, and all of our check in was done from our comfy chairs in the lounge. We didn't have to want for anything. Water, brought to our room when we needed it. Luggage scale, yup. Tea, yup. Laundry, yup yup. OMG, their laundry service was amazing, folded and delivered in a cute basket. Breakfast was more of the best service ever, and the most amazing choices of food. I really can't say enough. I will say, you must stay at this property whenever you get the chance. The Belmond line of hotels is the best I have run across. We stayed at three total during our trip, Sanctuary (Machu Picchu) and Miraflores (Lima) in addition to this one. By the consistently high level of service offered, you know this starts from the top of the company down. Additionally, we had an issue with airport transfer for our return to their sister hotel in Lima, which I mentioned to the staff. They took care of everything so that my return to Lima was as it should be.

Simple, cozy, at an excellent price. The location is outstanding, the breakfast is good, and there's a beautiful rooftop terrace! Would definitely stay here again.

" Familyhotels are just my kind of hotels. This was one of those cute little hotels hidden like a gem in the center of Cusco. And it does help that even if its 5 min fra en Plaza De Armaz — We could not really hear the trafic at night. Living 5 m. From the amazing stonewall and "the 13 angles" stone was special — especially for a History teacher. All in all a very nice hotel, that I and my family would recommend to everyone.

We stayed there for a week in December and really enjoyed our stay! The hospitality was absolutely wonderful! The location is fantastic as well! We would defiantly come back again!

A very sweet family own this place. They are very helpful and allowed us to let our stuff stay until we came back from Machu Picchu. The place is very calm and still close to everything. I would recommend anyone to stay at Hostel Monasterio del Inka.

The hotel is administrated by the owners Mr. Héctor and Mrs. Ysabel. The service is simply outstanding!

This hostal has a very good location, It´s just a block and a half from Plaza de Armas and on a pedestrian side street without trafic noice. In front of the entrance is the very impressive Inka wall from one of Cusco´s most famous Inka Palace. The staff is very friendly, the owner Isabel and her family made me feel at home. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay there and both were spacious, with very modern bathroom, a huge TV flat screen on the wall with cable TV. Most channels were spanish speaking, but they hade english speaking CNN. Wifi was free and did operate well according to Cusco standards. Cleaning of the rooms were very good. The hostal has different kind of rooms catering for all types of travellers. I strongly recommend this hostal and will definately use it for my next stay in Cusco.

Couldn't say enough good about this hotel. The architecture of the hundrends of years old monastery is gorgeous. The staff is very courteous. They also pump in oxygen through the ventilation system to help with the altitude.

From the minute you walk in you're greeted with tea and escorted to the lounge to sit while they prepare your registration. Great first impression. Escorted to your room. Getting better. My boyfriend and I had to comment to ourselves more than a few times how beautiful, special, splendiferous, this place is. Go.

This graciously and elegantly restored monastery is so beautiful. The rooms are grand and luxuriously comfortable. The service is outstanding. And the breakfast buffets are off-the-charts wonderful. A visit to this property stays in your heart forever.

I didn't actually stay here, but I wish I had. This place is beautiful. When you walk in, you walk into history. It has been tastefully renovated and maintained. If you want to treat yourself, I highly recommend this hotel.
