Helpful staff, very large beds (seems like they put two doubles together to create a massive King bed). Stayed there in between doing the 4d inca trail and leaving luggage while we were on the trek was not an issue. When we came back from the trek the staff was really nice and upgraded our room for free. Washrooms are clean and spacious. All rooms have a heater. Breakfast from 5-9AM, always bacon and eggs and two Peruvian dishes. Great juice. Apparently they arrange shuttles to the airport if you ask early, but we didn't and got charged around 35 soles to get to the airport, this was pricier than expected. We also used their on site tour company to get a good private tour on our schedule for a reasonable cost. They have a hot tub on premises that we saw being used but didn't try it ourselves.

The hotel rooms were nice, big and clean but the breakfast was awful. Really not to standard for the hotel. I’ve never seen such bad scrambled eggs ever (I wasn’t brave enough to try them) I’ve given it 4 stars cause the other facilities were good.

Excellent place to rest. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very close to the Plaza de Armas and in front of the hotel there is a laundry in addition, in the same block there is a minimally Orion.

I don't recommend it. It is in a place not close to the center, you hear a lot the noise of the street and the Servibar. Breakfast is very poor. The rooms are not ventilated.

I loved the place! Close to the historic district. The room was extremely clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and included a nice variety of dishes. Service was always great! I highly recommend this hotel.

First thank you very much for your assistance. This hotel is very nice, clean and close to the center. I liked the Jacuzzi a lot. Lunch is included, very saludable. I recommend it 100! In love with this hotel.

Nice little hotel. Just don't take the rooms facing the street. Too noisy. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. I would recommend it.

Very clean hotel with good location in Cusco and a nice breakfast. Nevertheless everything is overpriced compared to the other locations and to the quality of service. We've had a problem with the TV set and I have been telling the staff about it (3 times), yet nobody bothered to solve it.

The room very nice, the breakfast unnn, and lunch or dinner are expensive and the dish is very very low. Many noise in the very early morning.
