Hilly and challenging with some tight shoots! Elevated greens and tee boxes. Best 19 hole to share your round with your group.
➜ On several occasions I have presented myself trying to contact whoever takes care of the membership issue for club members and there is never anyone in the office, you try to the phone and the attention is terrible for saying nothing else and they only know to tell you that you must show up at the hotel, which makes no sense if there is ever anyone to give you information and the office is always closed.
As a person working with customer service issues I suggest that you urgently review this issue, since a hotel must stand out for the quality of service provided by its staff in the end "They" are the face of your company and that they look bad with people who do not.

We booked this place based off information and pictures and was greatly disappointed shortly after checking in. It was evident as we drove in that this place was not right on the beach as the photos made it appear. The beach is about a 5 min. Drive away so not a huge deal. It was hot so we went straight for the closest pool, come to find out it was just over ankle deep. In the photos it's the pool that looks like it has little islands and appears to go under the snack bar (canopy covered area, which was closed all day & night) which it did not. So we walked and checked out the other pools and tried to find the waterpark which did not exist. After this we decide to check out the beach area and asked for directions. They said we can drive there but they had a shuttle that runs from 9-6, We decided to take the shuttle to the beach where we found the pool from the picture that makes it look as though the resort is on the beach. Beach area wasn't bad but wasn't very wide, If it were prime time for the beach you wouldn't find a spot on it. So we take the shuttle back at 6 to check out the pool at the resort that's deep enough to swim in just to find that it closes at 6. Off to the bar it is I guess, Nope that was closed as well! Everything is closed at 6 and there is nothing to do other then watch TV or get online and write this review. I mean it's like as retirement village or something. The bar however is open until 1am fri&sat with a movie by the pool sat.
