Breakfast good, not very palatable but delicious, which they offered, points for being a Buffet, negative points would be the Room, the service, the facilities in general for a LOT of IMPROVEMENT IN THAT ASPECT.

Your process of chek in is very poor but the staff is extremely excellent with the exception of the receptionist, or the one that made the chek in is poor and rude.

Hotel Roma is a reference always renewed. It offers good service and good atmosphere. There are any offers of accommodation and it is ideal for events.

My unit ate here almost every day and used the rooms for showers about 28 years ago during the US invasion of Panama. It was the most comfortable mission I was ever on! Anyway, I was 19 years old and during the invasion, I met the most beautiful girl ever, Rosa Yanina, Rierra. She lived in an apartment across the street next to a building that we occupied. I snuck back into the city a few months later after coming back to Panama for Jungle operations, and saw Yanina once again, but after that we lost touch (not much Internet back then). Does anyone know what became of her?

It is a hotel that offers more for what it charges, since it has a 5 star facility that is being updated at accelerated pace, a full menu and a staff that understands that a satisfied customer is a better reference.

The hotel changed owners. The current ones have it pretty dirty and sloppy. Today they didn't find my reservation paid by credit card, Auncuando I showed them my receipt. Good service, rich breakfast buffet, although small, the restaurant, difficult to charge cell phones and other electronic for lack of Outlets in the rooms. When we arrive, the air of the room was not suitable and they brought me a new one pack in approximately 1 Hour.

Do not even think of booking this hotel. I used venere for my booking and was advised that no prepayment would be taken. However, on 26 May (a whole two days after booking a room there for January 2015), Hotel Roma Plaza took a night's payment out of my credit card and despite cancelling the hotel months ago, I'm still waiting for a refund. I have written to them several times in both Spanish and English, contacted their Facebook page and written to venere until I'm blue in the face but absolutely no response. I would not recommend booking this hotel under any circumstances. Stay away — stay anywhere else. If I could have given zero stars, I would have done so purely for the fact that they have basically stolen money from my credit card — something my bank is now investigating.

Very good hotel! Very good attention. Room always clean and friendly, located in a good area although not much risk at night. Economy room with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and breakfast-included buffet-style breakfast, the meal seemed very good. There is a taxi at the hotel, preferred line.

Charm me. Very good service. I attended the best I felt at home and very economical. I have no complaints. I highly recommend it.

The attention is good, reception always were friendly. Is it safe to leave valuables in the room, we never had a problem with that, but it is recommended to use the locker provided by the hotel. The buffet breakfast is excellent, overall was a very good experience.
The only point to consider is that taxi drivers told us that the surroundings are a little dangerous, no show wallets on the streets, and be careful if they carry backpacks or bags.
