I was in here end of March. It was a great experience and very friendly restaurant and housekeeping staff. So as the Front Desk and their manager. 100% tranquility and you will relaxed. Even the Mandara Spa staff was really nice. Overall excellent customer service! And I was happy to be able to spend my time in Palau in one of the best hotels. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!

Wonderful room service, they put chocolates on our pillows, so nice and sweet. Pockets of tremendous biodiversity remain in marine ecosystems here, the resort take care of the seaside and beach very well. We also had a very romantic dinner and lovely night walk in the resort, little frogs around everywhere. Thank you, PPR, You guys create a dreamland!

An amazing hotel — great beach n warm ocean water for snorkeling — lots of beautiful fish n clams to see. Breakfast bar is awesome and the staff are so friendly! Cool n comfy rooms — Highly recommend this hotel — you will be blown away w it’s great atmosphere n quality.

What a beautiful place! The landscaping is just gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and well cared for. The daily breakfast buffet is outstanding and appeals to many different cultures. I loved the beach — the lounges were perfect and plentiful. Snorkeling right from the beach was really spectacular. There is a huge variety of rich, corals and other invertebrates — I could have stayed in the water for hours! Our VERY late departure (2 AM) was not so bad — PP provided us with a place to shower after a day on the beach and a lobby cart with coffee, teas, cookies and other snacks after hours.

The only hotel of Koror and perhaps of Palau to have a beach and a sea enjoyable worthy of this name. Free and excellent Wifi also at the beach.

Unfortunately a very outdated system. And the competence of the staff to also. All in all, you will feel like a trip 30 years back in time. Location would be very good, but unfortunately it really is missing, meanwhile, in many corners, and all the beautiful Details of what you would expect in this category. And on the Internet, you should not have to rely, because that is only very slowly or often not at all.

May 2003 has been here, great, with private beach, free canoe snorkeling equipment, perfect for bringing small children to this holiday.

Accustomed for more than ten years from each winter in Thailand (usually in Phuket), we decided to change destination.
Excellent initiative! We made a first stay. Ideal place for lovers of sun, diving, snorkeling, idleness… and NAPs (I confirm: here too, they have to vaporize a product in the air, it is a matter of sector! ). The water is perfect (clean and crystalline), the beach is excessively well maintained (crushed coral, think of providing you with small shoes that can allow you to go in the water and walk to go around the island, a total of 15 minutes! ), the Exciting and beautiful underwater fauna.

Definitely one of the nicest resorts anywhere, and certainly the nicest in the Pacific! Idyllic location — definitely the most gorgeous in Palau. This is our second visit here, with more planned. It's so nice to see many of the same great staff as our last visit. Very restful, far enough from Koror to be away from the crowds, but close enough that it's only a few minutes away. We'll definitely be back!

We love this resort, a perfect place. Before yesterday, we forgot to take away our breath masks, staffs kindly helped us to find them. So I really recommend PPR.
