Cliffside View Hotel

I thought this hotel was a good middle-ground between the budget and luxury options in Koror. The location was great, close to the centre of Koror with shops and restaurants close by. For the price, overall, while the hotel is a bit dated I thought it was good value for money.
The Wi-Fi and air-conditioning worked. The included breakfast, while basic, was filling and did the job.
The reception staff were perhaps the best thing about this hotel. They were very helpful and friendly, and willing to go beyond by helping with booking tours etc. As well. Would stay here again.

Stayed 5 nights at this simple, clean, friendly hotel well situated in downtown Koror. The staff were very helpful and friendly, directing me to a great massage next door, and various restaurants like the penthouse and Taj. The room was clean and bed very comfortable, housekeeping when you asked for it. Good cold water down the hall available to fill up your water bottle. Breakfast ok but not too many options. I would definitely return to this hotel, loved all the staff!

Amazing hotel, what won me over are the amazing staff that help you with whatever I needed! They even got me a super last minute tour like 20 min before leaving and it was amazing! All of the staff provide 5 star luxury service! Shoutout to Yssa and joy and all the reception staff! 5 stars!

Great simple hotel for our needs. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Shower etc great. Staff on the desk amazing! One improvement could be breakfast. Very Asian orientated. Wi-Fi decent. Staff really helpful. Close to restaurants etc in main stretch so helpful as they do not have a restaurant on site.
Needs a pool!

The hotel has a really cute and friendly vibe! Our room was so adorable and the 24 hr coffee and tea/juices are a great addition. The front desk lady Joy is super sweet and helpful with a hint of sarcastic humor.

Title says it all. Staff very friendly. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Good Wi-Fi. Decent breakfast. All rooms are upstairs, all walk-up (no lifts on Palau). Only negative is checkout is normal AM time, but most flights are not until late at night.

A nice hotel on the Main Street of Koror. Though it looks rough and tired on the outside, the inside is recently renovated and very pleasant. The staff are the true treasure of this place, their ability to help, book tours and arrange things was impeccable. They also remember your name. The hotel was very clean.

Stayed four nights. The property is centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants and shops.
My room was clean, spacious and fairly quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Conveniently located power sockets. Well lit desk area. Amenities included mini-fridge (which was overcooling even at the lowest setting) and electric kettle. Water bottles were provided every day.
Bathroom with everything in working order. Good water pressure in the shower. Towels changed daily.
Very friendly, helpful staff.
Reasonable price by Palau standards.
As for the negatives:
— No elevator.
— Weak A/C located in a corner of the room and insufficient to cool the room. Moreover, it gets turned off every time the guest leaves the room and removes the key. Eventually they gave me a plug to keep it on at all times.
— Poor Wifi: only near the door, didn't reach the desk area.
— Mediocre breakfast with limited vegetarian options.
Overall a solid choice for the price.

Great place to stay — excellent value for money. The Wi-Fi isn’t the best but the ladies at the reception are extremely friendly, warm and helpful. The breakfast is a decent spread. Toiletries can be better managed and that’s the one thing I would like to point as negative. AC location isn’t the best so the room takes forever to cool. But overall, decent place to stay for a short trip — and it’s in the centre of the city.

Nice staff, convenient location with restaurants and a supermarket near by. Room is simple and clean. LOTS of stairs, no elevator. Wi-Fi in room is VERY UNRELIABLE, even if they reboot the multiple routers. I couldn't connect for hours during my stay or the connection lasted only a few minutes at a time. I was told I could hang out in the lobby for better Wi-Fi, but the point of booking a room is to be in the room! An extremely frustrating situation. I won't book here again specifically because of lack of consistent internet.

A very charming hotel. Very comfortable. Was here for 2 nights and staff was amazing. Helped us book our tours and answered all of our questions. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was ok and offered daily. Wi-Fi worked great in lobby and in room.

Simple accommodations but everything you need. Clean rooms, good breakfast, in the downtown area (right next to restaurants and grocery store), very friendly staff, and rooms have a refrigerator and kettle. This is our second time staying here.

Very clean and tidy with the staff being very friendly. Hearty breakfast provided every morning was perfect. Air conditioning was an essential and worked very well. Felt very secure and the staff catered to our every need no matter what the time of day.
