Food was just ok. Russian salad was too bad. And prices are high comparatively, do something about that.

They are always good in food servings. Their food is always valve for money.

Very delicious food especially chicken multani, chicken nawabi and chicken harri mirch. Chicken harri mirch and chicken multani are little bit costly as compared to hotel taj at lodhran road. Anyhow salad is not outstanding. Fresh raita whenever has ordered was not so good quality. So try nestle or other packed raita. Reshmi kabab are also good. Kastori boti is also good option. Environment is good. If you want to enjoy environment then its good to be here. But overall cost is very high which makes it undesirable to spend for nothing…

Very nice, neat and clean place for family to stay… cost effective, staff is friendly, great resturant for din-in.

A good hotel in the heart of the city of bhawalpur with reasonable price and good quality service. The rooms are maintained very well with good and clean bathrooms. The room service was good as I went in the month of Ramadhan and they served me breakfast at 2.30 am specifically when I asked for it and with no extra charge. The dining hall is also good. Over all a very good experience to stay there. Highly recommended.

Hotel rent for standard room was 4500, they also provided me free matres and complementry tea at morning, its very near to N5, so if u r travelling with family, and money has no problem then u must stay in this hotel, I will reduce one star due to parking, though they hv parking space but at night it become little conjested due to wedding function.

Great management and great food. Although once a while they mess up and ruin the food but when compared with how ofter other hotels do it Grand Regency deserves 4.75 stars.

That was a nice service. Room are very comfortable neat and clear I give them 5 star.

I stayed at Grand Regency on Dec 2 2017. Checked in at 8.30, and will check out on Dec 03 morning at 7 am. Remained very disturbed due to the noisy wedding ceremony in the hotel. Woke up at midnight due to very loud sound created by dropping heavy items in the room on top of my bedroom. Registered Complaint with the Reception. It took 10 to 15 min to stop the disturbing sound. Wash Room was stinky. Sink tap was not functioning. Overall standard was very low compared to last year.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and the complimentary breakfast was also delight. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
