Pool & Park Hotel

We inspected the hotel rooms upon arrival and found them to be extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. The mattresses were bent and in unacceptable condition, and the bathrooms were filthy and clearly not cleaned. Due to these unacceptable standards, we immediately decided to leave the property.

Extremely poor service. Dirty and smelly room and bathroom as well. No refrigerator works no room service. Just waste of money. Strictly not recommended.

Not recommended if you want clean and comfortable rooms and specially washrooms.

Such a disappointed experience in my entire life. First they charged me 4000/rs per night stay where as only 3000/rs is mention on online booking application. The carpet were all stained and dirty. All furniture was covered in dust and dirt. Bed is full of bed bugs and mites. Used condoms, cigarette packets, rappers, waste is thrown under bed and sofa. Toilet are too smelly, showers weren't working properly, such cheap and low quality soap with unbearable pungent smell, They even charged me too much extra for one water bottle.

The worst hotel ever on my trip to Lahore. I stayed in a Pool and Park hotel for 2 days and I am very disappointed with the staff and services offered by the restaurant. Neither their food is good nor their room even though there is no person to clean the rooms. Washrooms showers and gullers are working correctly. Each and everything was the worst. Does not recommend for families and guests.

Worst experience. Dirty place to live and pay 5000 pkr per night. Tap was leaking in bathroom continuously so I have to turn the main tap off, smelly washroom, no towel, no warm water, hair dryer was not working, dirty walls of the room, dirty bedsheet, cockroaches everywhere in room. Staff was fighting and abusing each other at the mid of night. No room service. Total waste of time and money. I wanted to add pictures but photo feature is not working. So you can see the situation of room. No pool and breakfast either. We ordered food from foodpanda.

Worst ever experienced in my life, they don't even have heaters, ordered tea which came after 75min, ordered breakfast at 10am but nothing came until 12:00, and excuse came as they gave order to other room by mistake… Bed they gave was broken from one side, Never ever recommended… charged 250 for welcome water bottle, 5000 for room, 350 for cup of tea, 2250 for 1leg piece barbeque, half plate vegetable 2 naan… vegetables were not properly cooked, barbeque was not properly tendered… Waste of money and waste of time…

It's nice but could've been better. Attention needs to be given to maintenance. Furniture and other equipment is not cared for properly and is worsening in condition. The rooms are clean apparently, but not thoroughly. Furniture is dirty, curtains are hoarding dust from backside, mattresses have holes and smudges. The manager should consider getting this stuff deep cleaned once in a while.
Furthermore, the room service is poor. They need to be reminded 3-4 times to get something.
