We took dinner buffer at Marco Polo, food is not worth eating! Menu is very less and the taste is not that much good but price, atmosphere, staff is super amazing! they need to step up their taste game because they don’t really serve tasty food.

Didnt seem like one of the elite hotels of Pakistan. It seriously needs some renovation to make it look a bit more classy. And yes, the underground parking was a mess. Seemed like some local shopping plaza parking plus no lifts for people to get up to the hotel from the parking lot, just a bunch of dirty staircase.

Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi is easily the best hotel of Karachi. It originated as an Intercontinental Hotel in the 1960s later on when the local sponsors discontinued the franchise agreement all Intercontinental hotels in Pakistan got renamed as Pearl Continental Hotels. The rooms in this hotel are very comfortable, the service is excellent and the restaurants are very nice.

Went to chandani restaurant after a while and I couldn’t stop myself from making multiple rounds to buffet. The food was amazing. Everything from starters to desserts. I wish they would add a bit more

I have had awful experiences as a single girl travelling alone at PC. One time some one from their staff kept on calling on the room phone number and kept on breathing into the phone. Upon complaint they changed our room because they realized it was someone from their staff. Another time, I arrived late and a guard escorted me to my room, which makes me wonder how safe it is for females at night. The restaurants are good though. So I would recommend it as a place to eat, specially since PC Karachi has Sakura, which is amazing food, however avoid staying here if you are a girl travelling alone.

A decent 4 star hotel. Looks older design but good services none the less. Rooms are decent size as well. Rates are about USD. 200+ per night. Services include complementary valet parking, breakfast, etc. Hi tea at Marco Polo is nice, with live music.

Lovely aroma and environment in the hotel. Everything is quite clean and hygienic. The rooms are quite cozy and the furniture is quite comfortable, just that the deluxe rooms aren't big enough. The only downfall with Pearl Continental is that the food doesn't taste as good as it should. The prices of the food is quite high but the taste doesn't match the price which makes me give it a 4 star.

Great stay! Amazing breakfast. Clean rooms, Quite, Loved the gym Stayed here in February 2017 for the first time and was given their best room. The hotel staff knew me by my name which was nice. They gave a lot of complimentary food directly into our hotel room which was amazing. Never had that experience. The food was great, clean hotel, professional staff, all spoke very good English. Gym was very nice too. It kind of took me by surprise at all the equipment they had in there. If I could have them change one thing; that'd be they should give discounts to repeated customers. I contacted the hotel via email as I want to stay there again but there is no chance of discounts here. Otherwise it is def a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately; we have to look at our pockets too and customer loyalty should be number 1 for Hotel Management; so I chose to give it 4 stars.

PC Karachi is one of the good ones. If you dont count the stars, PC is one of the two better hotels in Karachi city. It's two-way unique entrances allows you to go to banqueting areas or the rooms area. With that design, though old, comes lot of space. That spaciousness is beautifully decorated and gives nice ambience to this once Intercontinental chain hotel. They are maintaining it nicely and PC is always a good place to stay or do functions. Food can be improved though traditional food is as good as you can find in a 5 star facility.

Good location and helpful staff I stayed in this hotel for a week with my family and overall we are satisfied. Good indoor Chinese, Japanese and Pakistani restaurants. Very good gym facilities and clean swimming pool. The staff always friendly and eager to help, worth mentioning Sehrish Sultans Shift Leader who was very helpful and gave us a late checkout with a smile. Minus Points The carpet must be replaced urgently as completely worn-out and showing its age, not suitable for a 5 star hotel. They should also do something to control loud music at night especially front of the building which keeps you awake.

Wonderful experience, food is very delicious and they tailor it to your need as well. Staff is courteous. Only thing is they have policy of strict number of days for stay and as per policy they charge even if you plan to leave early. I will recommend this hotel over Mövenpick specially comparing food and food prices.

I have given 4 starts because I feel the hotel standard cannot be more than that. The rooms are deteriorating and hotel management has to take quick actions. Hotel is the most famous in the country but it doesn't stand to it's name with the room standard but the lobby and restaurants are above high standard. Breakfast has almost anything you would like to eat from Continental to Pakistani, Chinese, Arabic, Turkish cuisine. Housekeeping will enter the room after first knock which is something to take seriously so ensure you lock your rooms so no one enters.

A really nice hotel with clean, comfortable and quality rooms. Good food, music and entertainment. Great steak house. Really nice for businessmen and tourists. Safe and secure.

This hotel is quite old and well established and reputed in Pakistan. A lot expats prefer to stay here. I stayed two night. I am satisfied with my stay. Hotel could improve sound proofing in the guest rooms.

Probably the best hotel in Karachi, but still much grey areas needs improvement. Food quality & taste is average. Ambiance, hospitality & service is good that managed to get 4 stars from me. Otherwise doesn't deserve more than 3 stars. Must work hard to improve their food taste.

Good service, clean room… Room was pest, noise, door free. I had a good 2 nights sleep there. The Japanese restaurant on the top floor was awesome. The sushi was fresh and clean. I did not fall sick the next morning! Will visit again during my next business visit yo Karachi.

One of the better PC Hotels. Was a tad overcrowded today due to an education exhibition. Getting in and out a bit of a slow process due to security but acceptable. Despite issues still one of the better hotels in a very limited choice of good quality hotels in Karachi. Courteous and friendly staff.

One of the famous hotel in Karachi. On the name of donation they charge in without any legal authority. Donation is not tax which you impose on customers. Govt should notice this Badmaashi of PC hotel.

Everything about this hotel is great except for it's parking. I don't understand if it's just in or country or does it happen everywhere. In the parking slots, there were plenty of spaces left to park our cars but they are always covered up with bloody orange cones without any apparent reason. Maybe those slots are for VIPs but almost every slot is covered with the cones. Is almost every slot covered for VIPs? If that is so, then can't this so called 5 star hotel have a parking space for its visitors? Or are they too poor or too cheap to buy an expansion slot for parking.? Extremely disappointed.

All basic amenities are available. Location is perfect. Centre of rawalpindi. Airport is just 15 minutes away. Nice place for a night stay.

Pearl Continental Hotel is a five star hotel located in city centre Karachi. Beautiful place to stay and have food with friends and family. Particularly the brunch served on weekends is very nice. They play live music during brunch on weekends. It has nice swimming pool.

Very beautiful and serene environment with well equipped gym, swimming pool, bars and restaurants. Great location in the City of Karachi. Comfort and security of guest is the priority of this hotel. I find workers and associates very polite and helpful. I'm certain I will enjoy my 24 week stay here.

Excelente hotel y excelente trato.

I and my office colleagues went to Marcopolo in Karachi and we had a very bad experience. There is not much variety and even so-called juice is just a colored water and sugar. We even complain about the spring rolls they were all rotten and very bad smell. The manager just removes them and didn't bring the fresh.

Hotel building is not well maintained according to the modernisation. Pleasant active staff is a good thing at this hotel. Swimming will get 5*. Food quality is good as compared to hotels in karachi.

Spent 5 Day here for a special event, and was a amazing hotel. Everyone there was so friendly and happy to help in anyway possible. The food was extremely nice. I have travelled the world due to work and can honestly say this is one of the better hotels/food I have had.

Quality is a little bit behind the Movenpick Hotel. The gate is not big enough. I have to pass through a narrow way if I am walking. Choices of entertaining facilities are not enough. I will get nothing to do except wasting time in the nice swimming pool if I stay in the hotel for a whole day. I experienced the room card stopping working one like what I had in other PC Hotels. The place of having breakfast doesn't have enough tables that sometimes a waiter has to clean up a used one for me. I will use my own 4G movable router because the hotel's free Wi-Fi isn't very fast. Various choices of restaurants is great. Nice swimming pool.

We stayed for two weeks in August in the Pearl floor. From the time I booked to the time I left I had a wonderful experience. The airport collection and checkin was smooth with no troubles. The occasional hiccup but nothing to sway my opinion of this hotel. The hotel and it's ambience are wonderful. It's lively and private, the staff are all polite, if anything too polite. There is always something happening till the early hours and the hotel is full of polite, smiling and caring staff which gave me a feel of security. The Marco Polo restaurant was good, daily breakfast was the business with the chefs cooking to order daily, we also went for High T and dinner once or twice. I even managed a haircut, went to the gym and had time to browse the shops. All round I'd have to say this hotel made my trip to Pakistan more of a pleasure and I'm looking forward to coming back. We're now planning to return in a few months time as this trip exceeded our expectations. All the staff were great, in particular I received personal treatment from Gerald in reservations and Tanveer Malik — Front Office Manager. Many thanks.
