The worst Iftar I ever had in my life. Food was not up to the mark not even a single dish or even any dip was good in taste. Please don’t waste your money.

Nicely refurbished. Food taste and quality has really improved. Had steak at Jason Steak house. Was really put off by the whole confusion about discount on members card. PC staff took more than 30 minutes to conclude the matter.

Excellent hotel. We usually go there to enjoy food specially dinner buffet at Bukhara Restaurant. Stayed here once and have got no complaints. Keep up the good work and service.

Ridiculous prices for substandard food. The hotel rates work only if your company is paying for them. Overall not great for the money being asked.

Very comfortable and nice hotel. Does need some renovations here and there but still nice and comfortable. However the staff are excellent and especially the manager Mr Munem Khan is amazing. Goes out of the way to help the guests and address their concerns and issues. Hats off. Great experience.

Excellent value for money, excellent service, like all Pearl Continental Hotels in Pakistan can do with small upgrades not much but some. Wifi has improved somewhat since my last stay here last year which was very good. Overall 8 out of 10. Keep up the good work team PC.

Services are quite low standarded if Compared to charges, specially cleanliness in swimming poll and outdoor's sucks. Rooms and toilets are old fashioned, reception staff is cooperative, parking is good. Entrance is under construction so quite noisy. I won't recommend it. Sarena or Marriott hotel is better choice.

Good experience, friendly and kind staff, house keeping is good. Neat and clean environment, food at Marco polo is good. Pool side is cleaned looks good. Rooms are nicely decorated. All in all good experience to stay here and with good and relaxing piece of mind.

It was amazing experience at PC Rawalpindi,. Specially responsive staff at every foot step they treated as exclusive guest. Executive King Rooms are really wonderful with state of the art washroom… I really enjoyed Executive Lounge. Next time I would experience Executive Suit.

Great atmosphere, nice welcome at gate and a great place to socialise and make contacts. Was there for a short time but met with some industry professionals which then introduced me with other bunch of people. Facilities wise it is much better than other restaurants. Bit pricy but good place to spend some bucks.

Always a pleasure to be there. The hotel staff is very freindly. Rooms are cozy. Breakfast is excellent. I wish there were more bath tubs.

PC Rawalpindi has always been a delight. To stay, for functions, for weddings, to eat, its always been amazing. The security though makes it tough to enter makes it a turnoff but I guess overall its a pretty nice place to visit and to attend functions whenever.

Marco Polo offer a good variety. They still have room for improvement. A lot can be made better, specially the quality. Some salad items did not seem fresh.

Pretty disappointing considering the reputation and the location. Got an executive suite had the worst bathroom ever. Don't know how are they allowed to hold on to their 5 star rating.

Very very very VERY VERY VERY bad experience. The staff is so unprofessional. I made an online booking a day before and when I came, they said that it will only take 10 mins for our room to get ready… which took literally 2 hours! Plus the lower staff will keep on putting you at awkward postions by indirectly asking you for money over and over again. You can get EXTREMELY good hotels at much lower price than this one. If you want to save your breath and keep your anger at bay, do not stay in this hotel.

Well. I am a regular visitor to this property. Most of the time we have steaks from the Jason's Steak House. It's a small restaurant with lovely ambiance you will fall in love with. There works only one supervisor with one intern. The intern is also guest relation officer. Some times the steak is super awesome and some times the steaks are below expectations. Some times they will make it like a rubber. Lolz. Sometimes it's uncooked. Reason; the chefs are over burdend by work. Someone from inside told me that hotel kitchen is under staffed. I met many employees who frequently complain about less salaries and more work. But the people on the upper level get handsome perks. Bukhara a nice place to get Desi Buffet dinner especially Saturday night that has wide variety of food. Live BBQ is good. But every time you visit here the food is same all the time with very little variations. The breakfast and hi tea at Marco Polo is also good. Chinese food is awesome. Especially the buffet lunch is economical and good quality. Coffee and quick snacks from the front page around the clock is a good option.

PC rawalpindi is a good outlet for a short stay in the neighbouring city of islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. The hotel having lot of fascinating facilities like, gym, swimming pool and verity of food in the shape of stakes, continental and Chinese cuisine with full of health and taste. This is the only 5 star hotel in Rawalpindi at present. It has many restaurants, the Chinese Taipan. Jason's Steak House, Marco Polo etc. A pleasant though pricey experience. Parking is limited and driveway entry is inconvenient due to security measures. But once you are in the hotel, the experience is pleasurable.

Pearl continental Rawalpindi is one of the oldest Pearl continental in Pakistan. Its in saddar near Rawalpindi zero point. Rooms are very good and restaurants are also good with good variety of food and taste. Their Chinese food is famous in town. They also offer cooking classes sometimes. They do have swimming pool and fitness centre.

A good place to stay over. It has 209 rooms, including standard rooms, suits and presidential suits. The restaurants are good too. Firstly, Marco Polo serves the breakfast, high tea and continental lunch buffet. Then there is Tai Pan, it serves really good Chinese food. There is also a steak house; Jason. If you are looking for Desi food than there is a restaurant names Bukhara; serves lavish dinner buffet. Lastly there is a Front Page Cafe in the lobby as well for some quick grabs and coffee. The hotel has a great gym and health club and pool. Different banquet halls and marquee is available for hosting parties. The rooms are good as well with all standard services available. The lobby is well lit and lively. Free Wi-Fi is available through out the property. Banking services are also available. There is also a bakery, florist and laundry shops.

The room itself was clean and the front desk lady saima was helpful. Very comfortable and accommodating Thank you! If I am ever back in the area this is absolutely my stay.

One of the best hotel in Rawalpindi. In PC we have many option that we can get easily. Start from taste so here we have Pakistani foods, along with many international foods because many tourist from all over the country would like to stay here. Good place for different kinds of events like weddings, seminars, ceremony etc.

I have stayed here multiple times and it is a fantastic place to stay and provides excellent value for money. Very, very welcoming, warm, gooooood food, friendly staff of front desk.

This place really does live up to its name, awesome atmosphere, great facilities that are spacious clean and well equipped together with staff & management who provide great service. It's what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. It's just an okay hotel. But their bukhara restaurant is completely awsome.

Worst hotel. Air conditioning doesn't work. Wi-Fi hardly works. Loads of other good options available in twin city. Had to change my room 2 times. In first room water was dripping from airconditoner, in second room a. C. Was throwing warm air. Eventually made early checkout. Beds direction is exactly feet facing qibla (for Muslim readers only) which is wrong.

Nice place. Especially Hi Tea in Bukhara at marcopolo… tremendous swimming pool… overall excellent. Some time issues of parking at weekends etc.

A five star hotel in the heart of Rawalpindi district, a comfortable place for elite to stay and enjoy. How ever it is out of reach of middle class society. A good place for gatherings but food quality is not that good which can snatch peoples taste.

Good staff, environment and yummy food.

I was just looking at reviews of hotels in islamabad and came across the reviews for pc rawalpindi. I can't believe these reviews to be true. I booked it on this hotel two years ago and it was terrible. Sat on bed as I arrived and nearly fell off. Matress was like a trampoline! Dirty toilet too. Spoke to manager and he said matress came from usa same year — and he had proof. The proof was a felt handwritten date on the side of matress. Stayed there half a day and checked out.

Well situated in centre of city. Nearly all the facilities with good staff, are present.

I stayed here several years ago. It was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and the service was fine.

This is an old hotel built many years back though is great keeping in view the surroundings but still as compared to internationals tanderds its just average.

Breakfast is so average and over rated. Plus it might be my personal dislike for self service.

This was the wondering hotel I've ever gone. This place was awesome.
