Good environment neat and clean and staff were excellent.

Best hotel of Islamabad in reasonable rate.

Environment is good plus staff is cooperative along with good moral character. Hostess are humble and housekeeping services are punctual. The main interesting feature is its location in islamabad and nearby it are many commercial places.

Very bad behavior of staff and ac not working, we took standard room Nd after several complaints nothing happened, we said move us to another room but same problem but after that I told them to move me in deluxe or suite whatever available atleast ac should be working.
But unfortunately they charged me suite k paisey Nd still my complaint resolve nhi huwe.
Ac was not working.

I with family visited IHI today for having Hi tea. During visit we found foods tasty and enough in quantity.
Presentation of foods was better but needs improvement.
Dinning hall requires more attention for its cleanliness. Furthermore, washrooms condition were also not satisfactory.

Islamabad Hotel is one of oldest best hotel in Hart of Capital city. Very much comfortable stay and on best location.

Stayed at room 242. Ac thermostat was not working. You either have to switch it of completely or let it chill to whatever temperature without tripping. Worst night spent. They are charging way too much for the facilities they are offering. Also due to renovation going on, there is limited parking slots inside the hotel parking.

Islamabad Marriot is conveniently located at a short distance from major commercial and business areas of the city. The rooms are small but clean. Staff is courteous and they have many dining options (Thai, Japanese, Chinese and Pakistani). The challenge that they are extremely overpriced compared to their facilities (per night starts from 22000 PKR). The hotel management needs to invest in the facilities. The swimming pool is small and it's more like a bath tub. The rooms top need a major makeover.

One of the best hotels in Islamabad. It has big Halls for seminars and workshops. There are different halls of different types of drinks and food. The lighting system is very impressive. The staff is very cooperative and hospitable. It's little expensive but good for lunch and dinner. There is a swimming pool too.

Good service and food in restaurants. However do not go for in room dining unless you're desperate. The selection is little and the food taste mediocre at best. The same food in restaurant is so much better.

Always attend Dr Moiz Hussain workshop here and it's the best place for staying, attending events and meetings I recommend it.

I stayed for a night on 3rd of July 2018. I left my shirt in my room while checking out. I called while I was at airport and requested hotel management to send my shirt to Karachi. Im really thankful for tracing my shirt n sending it to my address through courier. I must appreciate their efforts and the way they provided me highest level of services.

Marriott never disappoints. Be it Karachi or Islamabad or elsewhere in the world. Islamabad Marriott is located in a serene location with brilliant views and proximity to many central locations. Well maintained facility, courteous staff and excellent variety of food to choose from makes this a remarkable place to stay at.

Have stayed here a few times, our experience here has been quite satisfactory, service is adequate but slow, food is good. The rooms have a great view towards the hills on one side and the presidency on the other side of the hotel. The rooms were renovated a few years ago but are now showing signs of wear and tear which is not being repaired/maintained by the management. They have a foreigner (German National) as a hotel manager, I expected more from a German! Overall a nice place to stay but definitely not worth the amount of money they charge for room per night! If they fix the rooms and offer better service, I would be more than happy to pay the asking price!

The event was managed by PASTIC as closing ceremony of short term attachment training held at Islamabad hotel for certificate distribution to the participants through out Pakistan we enjoyed the dinner and other beauty of hotel and company syed Habib Jaffri sab Gaffar sab other resources persons and our all professionals.

It's one of th best hotels, up end, in Islamabad. The prices for stay and food are very high, but quality is good too. Parking is sufficient. In house facilities are good. Staff is very well trained. And services overall are hood. Different restaurants within hotel give you a complete taste of international food. There are good gift shops and bakery inside the hotel. The hotel is one km distance from Super Market, and also Secretariat. If falls in red zone so its very secure and serene.

One the only two 5 stars hotels in Islamabad. Good hotel, friendly staff. It's though a little old and not up to Marriott standards in other countries. Still my preferred choice to stay in Islamabad.

I liked how compact yet intricate their facility is. You'll a couple of nice restaurants, offering all kinds of cuisine. A gym, spa, saloon. The staff is corporative as well. I'm sure you'll have a good time staying here.

Islamabad Marriott hotel is one of my favorite places for fine dine experience. I enjoy going to their dinner at Nadia bec l like traditional food. Hi tea is just ok and once I tried hi brunch it was good. Overall, it's an awesome place to visit I love its bright ambience as compared to Serena which is soft themed elegant.

It is very comfortable at affordable rates. Good accommodation. Nice location within city so offer easy reach to most of the places in Islamabad. Food variety and quality is just average so you may have to go outside for lunches and dinners.

Marriott is excellent for staying as well as business meetings and events. Once here, the area is safe and guests do not need to go out if staying here for work. Very nice restaurants but a bit more expensive. Nice and safe neighborhood. Rooms are very good, good amenities, low ceilings. Swimming pool not good for exercise swimming. Nice gym and sauna. Very friendly and safe.

Your vehicle will be extremely dusty in the morning and so will be your shoes when you walk towards the parking. No sidewalks so walking is a tricky business on a very busy road. Islamabad Marriott Hotel offers the best experience in all aspects of hotel services. The place, the ambience, the decor, the interior, facade and hospitality, all under one roof with a great history associated with the capital city. Being the first five star in town, it still keeps the lead and kts grace. If you are in Islamabad, you must visit this place.

Not impeccable but good level as four star Pakistani.

I've visited the Marriott hotel on several occasions. They don't have much competition in Islamabad and thus exploit their position which is established primarily because of their location. I would rate the Marriott Islamabad as a 3 star hotel, 4 star at max. They need to invest heavily in renovation.

It is a luxurious hotel, no doubt. Why shouldn't it be for its prices. If you compare it with the Serena — its main peer competitor in town — in terms of the quality of its service or ambiance, it's nowhere near, unfortunately.

Marriott Islamabad is a beautiful hotel. Good security, rooms are really good but expensive. Food is great, have good variety. There are gift shops, swimming pool, fitness centre, halls for events. You can find currency exchange here as well. It's in F-6 and some times due to security access is an issue. Marriott Islamabad is also one of the oldest hotel of the city.

Fun place to hang out. Also a great place to stay. Good value for money if you can get the corporate rate for the room.

The hotel rightfully earns its five star status. Marriott's Nadia Cafe serves the best hi-tea with appetizing eastern and western varieties.

No reason why you should not love this place … We have been regularly hosting our Rotary International meetings and events here and never had a complain. Breakfast or Brunch on Sunday, it's absolutely worth it.

One of the best hotels in Islamabad. The view is just amazing from the rooms and the rooms have almost everything you can ask for. Although the security checks may annoy some people but its for your own safety. Breakfast options are awesome here. Marriot, simply at its best.

This is a 3 star hotel. With a bbq restaurant on the top floor only at night. Located in the center of Islam abad. A good hotel. Breakfast is served to all, staying there.

A lovely hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. A small issue was dealt with very quickly and positively by the on duty management. I would recommend this hotel to anyone inshaAllah. They have a wedding hall as well for hire. I came from London and certainly have high expectations, and they were met. Give it a chance, you won't regret it!

The overall ambience is very mellow and gives a dirty-ish impression. The room rates on the other hand, are similar to other hotels which therefore makes it less worth. Not recommended unless you have no other option.

Its an average hotel with pathetic client service. Not very keen on cleanliness. Quality of food is average.

The hotel used to be really great from food to rooms etc. But now the food is a bit on the meh… Side. Rooms are still good enough for the price you are paying but you can find a better deal in hotel rooms if you search around in Islamabad.

Excellent staff who were very responsive. A few things had to be corrected once we got in to our room; for example we asked for a fresh blanket since the original wasn't so clean. Also, the plug sockets in the room needed some TLC. TV channels were a bit limited and the TV was surprisingly small considering the size of the room. The complimentary fruit basket was a lovely touch and breakfast was good. Times advertised for breakfast and what we were told at check-in were incorrect though, so the experience of being told to quickly pick some food as breakfast was not being served anymore was far from satisfactory. The Wi-Fi never did work on my iPhone; but worked fine on another phone, albeit a bit slow. Overall a good experience, 7/10. But would question value for money. Having stayed at The Marriott as well, I would say it's worth spending a little bit more and enjoying the best.
