Great hotel nice and friendly. Restaurant is amazing food is some of the best ive had.

Well-run hotel — good value! Scandic Lerkendal is a modern, clean and well-run hotel. For some, it would probably be a little too far out of the main town, but you can walk to the Old Town at a leisurely stroll in about 30 minutes. Hotel provides bikes if you prefer to cycle. If you are going to any event at the Lerkendal stadium the location is perfect! My room (no 2120) was small but clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee are not supplied in the room however you can get a free one in the lobby The breakfast area on the 2nd floor was spacious but can get busy. Their buffet is plentiful and stocked with beautiful fresh fruits, crusty breads, sliced meats and smoked salmon, eggs, espresso, juices and more I also had dinner at the Bistro Bar beside Reception, which I found to be good. All the staff was friendly and accommodating. Choose an upper floor room if possible. Regards

Fantastic hotel should be more than 3

Best beds, blanket and pillow ever. The rooms are very well noice isolated. And the rooms and bathrooms are totally new. Best place to sleep in Trondheim for business trips. Some tips would be, iron, coffe/tea in the room and "skohorn". Also more vegetarian "meat" options for breakfast.

It is strategically located near the Rosenberg stadium and has the capacity to host guest for outdoor events with proximity as and absolute advantage. The building is tall and monumental, coupled with other social and environmental advantages. Why not take a break here when you think of leisure.

Very Nice hotel. Simple but with all that is necessary. Breakfast was great. Wide-diverse options. Hotel is clean and you can walk easily to the city center. Busses from airport will leave you at the hotel door with a good fair cost.

Very good place. Plus punt they lend bicycles. Pity some guests keep them and other guests miss the opportunity to enjoy a good bike ride.

Nice hotel with friendly staffs. The view from the upper floors are great. Good breakfast and restaurant. Close to NTNU and direct bus connection to the airport. Very convenient.

Nice hotel with football stadium next to it. Good staff and good food. However a little out of main town but free bike hire was good.

Brand new hotel with conference facilities connected with football stadium. In ground floor you can find nice unisex toilet with two sinks behind single doors.

Internett rating: Wi-Fi is so slow it can't be used even for working on online documents during the evening. And neither should you! Unencrypted Wi-Fi means your passwords and accounts can be stolen by third parties. Other than this, the staff is great. Times are nice and well-kept and the breakfast is good.

This Scandic is comparable to the one in Narvik, very modern and clean. Breakfast is included and comparable to Grand Scandic Tromsø. Parking is expensive althoug a few booking websites offer free parking. That's not true. We actually got mislead by this and made our experience.

The hotel was quite quite nice and they offer an excellent breakfast. However there were few things which are for me more important and pretty much annoyed me. The receptionist with the blond hair was not very friendly and when I asked about what to see in Trondheim I got a very shallow answer. While booking I also asked about the room at the higher floor and close to the elevator. I got the room on the 5th floor among 20! And the last in the corridor! It means the receptionist completely ignored my request. We were also not aware of the parking fees, I think it must be visible while booking the room. The mattress in the room was also dirty, I assume there was a coffee poured on it.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked.
I missed a bathtub in the room and the housekeeping is erratic: from 4 nights we passed they only entered once to fix the room.
Overall a good experience.

To get that last star, they need to work making their place more accessible for people who dont speak norwegian.

Rooms are new and modern. Accommodations were simple but satisfactory. Room is equipped with an iron and ironing board, but no fridge. No toothbrush or razors are provided, only soap and shampoo. Bed was a bit soft for my preference, but I slept OK.

Parking is expensive, lifts are slow, breakfast was crowded, no tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Good clean rooms with underfloor heating in the bathroom, warm and welcoming staff. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Attended a student ball at Scandic Lerkendal. Great location relative to public transport and student housing, but outside the city centre. Food was great, and the staff were nice. Alcohol was a little expensive, even by norwegian standards.

Had a pleasurable stay here during my moving in phase here in Trondheim. The hotel felt quiet even though it crawled with people due to a football match at the nearby stadium. The breakfast was also quite good, with the exception of the eggs. Would recommend it to a friend.

I was sleeping at the hotel for 3 nights and overall my experience was great! It is in a nice location in the city. The room was the perfect size for people up to 4. It would be nice with some dental kits or soap kits.

The hotel is not so nice and is unfortunately too big with 21 floors.

Food was ugh. A chicken leg that already looked a bissel very dead. Otherwise room good. Parking at the hotel. Free Wi-Fi. Airport shuttle bus leaves in front of the hotel.

Just ok. Ok rooms (small but ok). When hotel as many guest, there is a lot of hassle in the breakfast department and not enough elevators. This last thing is a challenge in busy hours.

Modern and relaxed hotel near Lerkendal stadium. Small family room with fold out beds for kids. Poor Wi-Fi that's over crowded.

Hotel very modern next to the football stadium of Rosenborg. You can walk (about 25 minutes) or by bus (varying lines) to the cathedral and centre of Trondheim. The rooms are small but very modern. The bar has reasonable prices for Norway.

Got a room here for 750 NOK. For that price this hotel is amazing. Breakfast is top noch.

Just needed to use the Wi-Fi so I could refill my data plan on my phone, Scandic had free Wi-Fi.

Quiet, short distance to City centre, great view.

I didn't get to eat breakfast because I slept in most days because of the comfortable beds. Great staff and overall a really pleasant stay. They have a parking garage beneath the hotel.

Definitely best value for money. Amazing service, simple and supper clean rooms and I won't forget the breakfast, it full of choices.

Hotel and breakfast is great but had trouble with the parking lot. Payment machine didn't accept credit cards without pin and won't take coins too. Bad thing is people at the reception couldn't help either as the parking garage is operated by city. When we got locals to help us, the parking ticket was rejected by the machine as blocked ticket. The ticket started working after 15min (with additional charges for 15 min). Finally we got out with double the payment from the one we started.
