Delightful staff, most comfortable bed ever, right in the heart of the town but quiet at night, oh and breakfast… it’s worth skipping supper for.

Clean and new. The rooms have what you need, but nothing fancy. Great option for staying for a few days. Great breakfast. Only drawback is lack of amenities since they are still under construction.

Perfect Hotel and Location. Very warm welcome from the young lady on reception and given a beautiful comfortable spacious clean room with a really comfy bed and tea making facilities. And a small ironing board with iron which my shirts needed. A evening meal along with breakfast is included the room rate which was a hot and cold buffet and I was very impressed with the quality of the food and wine served by a Very attentive, happy to help waiter. Thank You for a perfect wonderful stay.

I was there for work, nice food and rooms. The location is great. Very nice feeling looking out the window. There's a beautiful lake outside. Close to the town centre and the shops and restaurants.

Cons -rooms need better cleaning -the rooms have damages such as stains, broken wooden floors, spills on ceilings/walls, cracked lamps, ect… -cleaners never cleaned in the 6 days I was there. -during holidays most things, hotel included are closed. -you can purchase a dinner in the evenings, it's a little cheaper than town but you don't really get to choose what to eat and it's kinda gross. -tap water is gross (mildew/fishy smell), drink bottled water. -if you're in the apartments, you have to walk to a different building for breakfast. Pros -staff are great -Breakfast is among the very best -you don't hear noisy neighbors ect -location.

Overnattet 2 netter ved Thon Hotel Maritim I Stavanger. Fine rom og en meget flott frukost buffet. Litt språkvansker I skranken og svært dårlig utvalg av drikkevarer I resepsjonen. Grei pris og hotellet ligger like utenfor bykjernen noe som gjør at det er roligere på nettene. Anbefaler hotellet.

I just recommended for my singing student to stay here and he was super impressed with the breakfasts! The hotel room was immaculate and we even took photographs for his new single in the bathroom! I will definitely recommend them again… very impressed!

Visited a friend staying at the hotel. Looks nice, situated in the city. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was buffet. Lots of people were there and seemed to like it a lot. It was more than adequate, in terms of variety and amounts. This hotel was easy to find from the bus terminus, the main reason we chose this place. The rooms were adequately clean, we judged this by the clean white newly ironed sheets, and clean towels on the rack. It was nice to have your own fridge with choice of drinking water, wines or beer, even if you might have no use for the alcohol. Definitely recommended if you are in town for a short visit. I would rate this hotel as a convenient 4 stars hotel. The location plays a big part for this choice.

Really nice rooms, friendly staff (all but 1). Breakfast is awesome (but no toast) there is unlimited tea and coffee all day as well. It's a stone's throw from the lake and 5 mins from the town centre. If you're staying in Stavanger I really recommend you stay here.

Easy to find and close to bus station. Easy access to train and many food options. Had a solid room that was just enough and perfect.
