The situation of this hotel is just perfect for the boats, shops, and bars,

I can feel like home in this hotel. They provide not only breakfast, but also the evening sweet and dinner buffet which are inclusive in the room charge. That's amazing.

Beautiful rooms, excellent service, gorgeous views of the harbour. Plus dinner and breakfast were included and were high quality and delicious. Lots of great food options.

Extremely helpful and service minded staff. Nice breakfast and the best pillows I have slept on at any hotel. The room we got was so peaceful and with a view of the harbour.

Nice, clean hotel. Ok breakfast. Good that they provide late meal between 19-21. They dont have air condition so you have to open the Windows. And if you open the Windows you will hear music from the bar that is close by or get the smell of cigarets of people smoking down below. But except from that it is an okay hotel.

Location is perfect, room clean & tidy, all the staff so helpful & friendly.
Fantastic breakfast in mornings. Only had dinner one night as wanted to try the local restaurants. Free tea/coffee throughout the day. Really enjoyed our stay.

27.6.2018 Clarion in Stavenger: The "UNICEF" card was somehow hung on our door knob though we had removed it when we left at 7 am for a hike. Room was left uncleaned on our return at 6 pm. Subsequently we were advised that guests would have to request for room cleaning service in advance. Otherwise "no room cleaning" is the norm. Also the hotel should be transparent on its rate of donation to UNICEF "per non cleaning room per day".

Good location, it is good for short business trip, breakfast is average, rooms are a little bit old fashioned and noisy.

Awsome hotel. Clean and fresh. Right by the river and 1 minuite away from an amazing night life.

Very nice location, lovely staff and great meals. A constant noise from the ventilation was a bit annoying thought, but other then that a great stay I would recommend.

Currently being remodelled. I am sure it will be nice. The location is excellent for exploring Stavanger.

We checked out of this magnificent hotel yesterday; the best location in the most beautiful town, good service and the food — excellent breakfast, afternoon tea and then dinner, all part of the package! I highly recommend staying and would love to come back again, all the way from Australia.

Fantastic upmarket hotel right on the old harbour front. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with complimentary hot drinks (and waffles in the afternoon! ) in the bar area a nice touch. Highly recommended when staying in Stavanger.

Small rooms, phone didn't work, but service was ok so 3 stars.

The room I had here was very basic. Nicely decorated, but basic. No phone or remote control in the very tiny room. On the huge plus side though the location is killer. Right in the heart of downtown. An way walk to all the bars.

I am staying at this hotel at the moment and I must share my experience. A wonderful location in what I think is one of the most beautiful cities in Scandinavia. A simple hotel that is made perfect by its staff. Truly attentive check in last night and very friendly both Front Office and Food & Beverage. Thank you once again Nordic Choice for your hospitality.

The location is simply outstanding, by the waterfront and within walking distance from the city center. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. I was also very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and would not hesitate to use this hotel again in the future.

Love that they serve food at night. Had a great stay here while in Stavanger. Would recommend.

The room quality was poor and we had a terrible experience. As a result we had to check out and they refused to refund our money because we pre-paid and there was a no refund policy. This is a privately owned hotel which Clarion does not support. Very disappointing. Ask for an allergy free room on the bay side if you must stay there. I would highly recommend that you stay somewhere else.
