Great rooms, good facilities and very friendly staff. Breakfast used to be better than what it is now, a little out of order, need to have better placement of items so that people don't go all over the place.

Breakfast is fabulous, the rooms are nice, clean and modern and the beds are comfortable. Service was excellent too so I can't really find anything to complain about here.

Nice room with a comfortable bed. TV and Wi-Fi absolutely fine. Well lit, relaxing swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna area. Gym looked well equipped with free weights and some machines. Were flexible and allowed us to check out late at short notice. Friendly staff.

It had what we needed for our stay. Nice room and also the extra bed for our child was comfortable. Relaxing swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Got to charge our EV in the garage. Breakfast like most hotels. Bicycle available but they are in bad shape.

If you only see the hotel from the outside you will never expect what‘s inside. It‘s a super modern place to stay. The rooms are clean. The service nice and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast in the covered in-yard but the only thing I missed were soy or oat milk for vegan people. But in general it is a very nice place to stay.

This review is specially for Karoline. Just her service alone is worth 5 stars. We came in at around 7pm and she’s alone at the reception area. We bombarded her with tons of questions about Stavanger and our tour and hike to the Pulpit Rock. She answered them with enthusiasm and willingness. Also, we ordered room service and she had to serve us as well. The shocking part? She had to bring the food up as well. In many hotels, when a staff needs to do so much tasks for a customer personally, like it or not, they will get irritated. It’s just human nature. But NOT her! She provided us all we need with a genuine smile. And she even joked that she’s Super hero that’s why she can multi task so well under such pressure. In the event that she ever wants a service job in Singapore, just look for us. We will employ her without a question. This hotel chain is extremely lucky to have such a dedicated staff!

There was a mix up with my reservation which led to a huge misunderstanding. The staff was very helpful and the issue was ultimately resolved with excellent customer service. Top notch staff!

Nice hotel — didn't stay but attended a couple of functions all good.

Hotel becomes over run with teenagers at the weekend who decide to make their rooms into mini night clubs. Stay during the week and it is much more relaxing. Food onsite is very good however parking can be an issue especially at the weekend.

Very nice Hotel and close to the center of Stavanger. It has a very special structure with a very large central area, the rooms are very comfortable and design (there is also an ironing board with steam iron which for business travelers is very useful), breakfast abundant and varied, very nice the breakfast room, there is also a restaurant.

One of the best hotels my boss and I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Their service has been superb even before arriving at the hotel. They went out of their way to purchase a more suitable arm chair for my boss. No hotel has ever done something like this. From the moment we arrived the staff has been so helpful, asking whether we needed help with our bags, booking all the taxis, ensuring taxis come to the front of the hotel and drivers inside to find my boss. Whilst I’ve been at the hotel I’ve been asked almost every time I pass the reception, if everything is ok or do I need anything. Furthermore, they asked me every day if my boss was comfortable and happy. We have both been so comfortable and really blown away by the level of customer service. I don’t think I have enough words to demonstrate how impressed we both were by everyone working at this hotel. The attitude of the staff here and level of customer service, should be the example for all hotels to go by. I want to thank you personally for putting my faith back in hotels, that there are people out there working in the industry who go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. Thank you to all the staff working at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel.

Top hotel good breakfast nice room. In the Centre.

Just been there attending different conferences. Nice, calm place, very service minded staff, good breakfast and lunch in the entrance restaurant.

Great rooms, fresh new. Lovely and helpful staff. On weekends the breakfast is until 11am, but at 10am they start to put things away. By 10.40, there was nothing left.

Great place to stay downtown in Stavanger with an amazing restaurant downstairs. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, pool and sauna available as well as a small fitness room though the gym facilities could be more expanded. Connected to the best restaurant in town. Great place to stay for a short or long stretch whilst in town though certainly not the most inexpensive.

Great staff from reception to restaurant. Just could not be nicer or more helpful. Breakfast is amazing and great that so much local produce being used. Wi-Fi is faultless making getting work done a breeze.

The room I stayed in was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and the staff (especially the ones in charge of breakfast) were very friendly. The spa area was relaxing.

I have stayed here before and fully intend to stay here again if the opportunity presents. From check in onwards the staff service was amazing! Sending up a robe and slippers so I could go to the pool — offered freely! The pool /spa area is beautiful and all members of staff there interactive and so pleasant. Breakfast staff can not do enough for you and serve with a smile! I also had room service and again staff service and interactions superb! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice restaurant, pool and sauna, fitness room, and the staff is friendly. I think this is one of the greatest hotels in downtown Stavanger when it comes to value for money. The beds are nice, with non synthetic sheets. The breakfast is not the best if you're in a hurry, because you will have to order the "best" dishes from the menu. But don't worry, it only takes a couple of minutes, and the omelette was the best I ever tasted.

It's a nice hotel, with an excellent internet connection. I recommend stay at the business class rooms if possible; you have the luxury of free paid moves.

Stayed at this hotel in May. Great service, friendly staff, clean rooms and very good food! Breakfast was amazing! We will be back!
