Superb location and very comfortable!

I’ve been coming here for many years — the room I’m in is awful, it’s small and I feel claustrophobic — I have a motor home that is bigger than this.

I first stayed here in 1993. It was OK. On recent visits to Stavanger, I saw the hotel had been renovated. I promised myself to try it again, and I’m glad I did. It’s very relaxing. The breakfast is very good — no need for a midday meal! I’ll try the grill tonight.

Lovely room with picturesque views, staff let it down a bit, well worth its ratings but I haven’t had a breakfast yet.

I stayed here for a week and would definitely recommend it. The view of the late is great if you can get on that side, but either way this is a great location. The staff was helpful for any questions we had and took care of us. Breakfast was quite a spread and included with the room. The bar was very good as well and the head of the bar was great at making some cool mixed drinks. If I come back to Stavanger I plan to stay here again.

Went to Fire Lake on a recommendation. Was met with tons of empty tables, no one to receive us and when we went to the bar they said they were fully booked. They then managed to tell us that if we waited for ten minutes he would call his boss to see if there were any availability, as he didn't have time to check that then. We didnt wait around for that so we went somewhere else.

Brilliant hotel in the centre of Stavanger. Room was big and probably the best view we have ever had from a hotel room and it was on floor 13! Room was clean and air con was ok. Breakfast on a morning was very good with plenty on offer. If I was to come back to Stavanger again I would defo stop here again.

I've eaten there 3 times, first after they opened the hotel, than early this year and now few weeks ago. But still very disappointing. The food unfortunately is average, little to choose from, and mainly empty. Also the setup is a little confusing. When it comes to the service — there was no service, no-one said good morning, of welcomed us. And nobody cleaned our table, neither offered us new coffee. Way overpriced for their offer.

It's a great hotel. Beautiful interior both in the lobby and in the rooms. Polite staff, especially the girl Lena at the reception, which has done enough to make our stay even more beautiful: how to go to the museum, how to go to the airport, and you did not find our scarf, and our room will be on the last floor, and from our window will be visible Fountain… The restaurant is very tasty and varied breakfast, well just wonderful. Everywhere in the hotel everything is clean and unusual elements of decor. Thank you to all the staff for our stay! ) ) )

Great hotel very well located. Several works of art throughout the hotel. Almost anything can be done on foot.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms have everything you could possibly need down to a shoe horn in the cupboard. Views were absolutely outstanding.

But… I’m really sorry to say the bed was terrible. Couldn’t sit on the side as you slide off.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful with a great view of the city center. The breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly want. There are also large flatscreens in the room, wake up calls, fitness center, pool (which was being renovated during my stay), and beautiful artwork throughout the hotel. It is in such a central location you can walk everywhere you want to go. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The newly refurbished hotel is a very good place to stay. Location, beds and all other aspects of it deserves a 5. Breakfast was more than ok, but not 5 star. The hotel has been undergoing refurbishment for a while and now it appears modern in all aspects. The colours used are top notch and the quality of the rooms and especially the beds are good. The rooms are also equipped with some new tech which is a real bonus for gadget freaks like me. + for having 2xusb outlets on both sides of the bed.

Very nice hotel in the center of Stavanger, recently modernized. Nothing to complain about the comfort, cleanliness or even the quality of the breakfast. Excellent value for money. Only one defect, the sauna, rather nice but located in the gym so no real locker room or privacy, it's a bonus but you can't really talk about spa.

Recently stayed at the newly renovated Radisson Blu Atlantic Hotel in Stavanager for two weeks. Beautiful hotel, excellent rooms and awesome breakfast. While this hotel gets 5 stars for its location and great facilities, it deserves more than 5 stars for its exceptional customer service. The reception staff and breakfast area staff were simply awesome and extremely helpful. Thanks to Alexcja (sorry if I spelt your name incorrectly) for serving us while we came down for breakfast daily. She went above and beyond to get us a nice to go breakfast package for our early flight at 6 am on the day of departure. Thank you to Karina and Vletl for your great tips on sightseeing in Stavanger and outside Stavanger. Thank you for always offering your help and assistance with anything I needed. Thank you for making our stay in Stavanger a memorable one! Can’t wait to come back! This hotel should be used as an example of customer service excellence in the hotel and service industry!

Prior to renovation, one of the worst hotels I have ever visited. Room had dirty windows, a lot of moisture (and corresponding smell) and noize from the road. The breakfast was below average for the price.

Visited Saturday evening kl 9 and there were noisy dinner guests who had not showed any considerations to others. Even though ordered in the bar, bartender talked each other and no attention to cusomer. It was not 4 star hotel standard. Poor service.

It was a very nice stay, very good service and good rooms. Poor vegan options on food, so its not that modern.

Norway is an expensive country. Everything is expensive here. This hotel is excellent and the customer service great! Very friendly and helpful! Don't expect to receive anything free in Norway, but most hotels provide very good breakfast.

Room is a bit old and worn, shower a bit small since it is a bath+shower combo. Breakfast was nice. Had a problem with the door not being airtight and giving a hum when airco was on. Location dead center of stavanger which is great.

Pleasant hotel and nice employees. But the hotel restaurant was a bit on the expensive side (and just a few dishes too choose from). Try to get a room higher in the building, they have really good view.

Just average and not good value for the money. Make sure to visit the sauna with a beautiful view of the city from 15th floor (or something)

A nice, very central hotel, but no free parking is a drawback.

First of all, this is a nice hotel. You get a bed, and a TV in your room. There is hot water in the shower. Everything is cleen, staff is friendly. There even was a chocolate on my pillow. The reason I give this 2 stars is beacuse the price. For about 1995 kr I expect something more. A free gym? No. Swimmingpool or sauna? A special breakfast? Cheap mini bar? A nice veiw? No, no, no and no I had to close the curtains to not get depressed. Super internet? No. Free parking? Yes! No I am just kidding, no free parking. Free bus tickets then? No. Pick up sevice. No. One can get those NOs for free. The room with a bed and TV for half the price.

The only downside for this hotel is the breakfast menu has been the same for the last 4 months. I wonder when the menu will be changed.

Pizzeria menu with outdated opening times. Old TV. Luke warm minibar. Relatively small room.
