Very VERY good service and food in the restaurant. Breakfast was just AMAZING. One of the best I have ever participated in actually.

This hotel was booked as part of a Norway your package and we really liked the stay here. The rooms are very nice and clean. Comfortable beds and a nice warm shower. The service was excellent and has a nice friendly bar and staff. The food was amazing and breakfast buffet with lots of options. The hotel is within walking distance to all of the shops downtown. Would highly recommend the Clarion in Stavanger.

We had dinner in the restaurant of this hotel during our stay in Stavenger. The setting there is really nice, and the dishes deliciously prepare! I would recommend if you would like to indulge yourself in this city.

Nice hotel, good location in downtown Stavanger very close to the old city. Room was small but clean, and if you insist on a harbor view you can get one which is great to see all of the ships and activity. I didnt ser any A/C control in the room so had to leave the window open the entire time staying. Also I spent 2 nights here and for all the advertising of their restaurant it was never open, so that was not very convenient for a business traveler. When I asked where to find food on the day that was a holiday the reception told me "pizza"! The gentleman who manages the breakfast is very friendly, helpful, and professional which really helped to start the day. Nice place to stay in Stavanger, I would stay here again.

Nice hotel at Stavanger. Fantastic breakfast but the best characteristic is the Spa located at the top floor, specially at night with breathtaking sights of the whole city from the jacuzzi. Very nice staff both in reception and restaurant.

Very good hotel! The only negative thing I can point to is the lack of a gym/fitness room. Apart from that the hotel provides affordable high quality in rooms, food, services etc. I stayed here while working in Stavanger and will definetely come back.

Central Hotel. Very good attention. They have a breakfast schedule in the morning from 4 to 6 am for those who have to catch the plane during the night.

Great location to Old Town. Nice view. Very friendly professional staff. I have stayed there 4 times in the last 3 years. Would very much recommend this hotel.

Hotel is close to the harbor and has a great restaurant. Locals come to the hotel, just to dine. The bar is always busy as well. Staff is young, helpful and skilled. The regular rooms are a bit small. There is not much space to put your stuff. The bed is comfy. It has, like everywhere in Scandinavia, two small duvets. And the bathroom is, like everywhere in Scandinavia, like a hospital bathroom. Very white and very boring. Big TV and mini bar make it a well equipped room. Strange thing, you need to lock your door when leaving the room. With an electronic key card. Weird. And the hotel is cash free.

Very friendly people in a well-maintained hotel. The location is good with a co-located gym. Breakfast was delicious with A LOT to choose from. Tidy and modern rooms (superior), maybe on the smaller side.

The bar and restaurant are awesome. The staff there are fabulously attentive, completely professional and nothing seems too much trouble. I was very well looked after for my two different visits. I look forward to going back! The room was comfortable, quiet and functional with just enough space. Hotel location was perfect. Right in the centre of town but minutes off the main road so my drive each day was simple. The view from the sauna room at the top was fabulous. Definitely will go back.

Tidy rooms, good service, nice restaurant on second floor and really nice Sunday brunch on 3rd floor.

Nice breakfast but they didn't have toothpaste. Not in the room, not at reception. The receptionist seemed to find it odd that I asked — not a hotel built for business trips whatsoever.

Room a bit hot, and no AC. Window seal not tight so noise from street bled through. Shower temp not stable. Clean rooms and nice breakfast.

Full featured hotel with swiming pool and bar. Room was modern and nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Helena gave us this suite with a fabulous view of the harbor. You can see the cruise liners arriving in tge morning, and then departing in the evenings. All through our two weeks stay there, we received very good service. The front desk, especially Helena was polite, friendly and answered all my questions patiently. The other staff was also attentive, despite being fully booked while we were there. The breakfast spread is excellent and for pretty long hours as well. Very comfortable beds, and layout. There is construction ongoing across from the hotel, which somewhat could be an eyesore, but after the first day the crane didn't bother me much. Location is also most convenient. The bathroom was also very generous sized. If we visited Stavanger, we would stay there again.

The venues were very professional and looked nice. The service was very helpful and during the breaks in our conference all the snacks and food were delicious. I found myself noticing several pleasant things about the hotel during my stay.

I have stayed at most hotels in Stavanger, but I keep coming back to Clarion as my preferred one. Great location, 1013, 1113, 1213 are my favorite rooms
I find the service good and the breakfast among the best in town… I think 5 stars is too many, but 4 is to little so 5 from me.

Nice hotel with great staff that are solution oriented, still it would be nice to be able to open the window to get fresh air into the room. The new restaurant Kitchen and Table is fabulous.
