The hotel was full and the reception staff called as soon as there was a vacancy. I left my car key in the ignition the security officers on duty were vigilant and secured my car. I'm very impressed with the customer experience I had.

Seems dingy… Opted for another hotel close to it as I was a bit uncomfortable with the ambience, smell and their rooms.

A good hotel. It's being in Ilorin for a long time and boast of a club, pool, kitchen and bar. The staff are good and friendly but are not always prompt to respond to calls and requests from the rooms. Most of their rooms are good but there are some that are not. Especially the standard rooms. I have had to reject some because the room had awful smell and even with the air freshener, the smell was still there. As far as I am concerned, they are relying on past laurels and not doing a good job of maintaining the place.

Good. Looks a constantly developing unit. I had a lovely experience with the Restaurant, bar, night club, swimming pool area & gym. Parking space is ample. The best thing about this place are the staff. They are well trained.

Princess Luxury has a medium sized pool and the pool deck is available for relaxation. The staff are warm and the GM shows good respect. The food is good in price, quantity and presentation. The chef can improve more really.

Princess Luxury is a nice hotel in a serene environment that oversee a local dam called agba dam, it had enough parking space, swimming pool, a bar and nightclub. Also, it is a good place to host events.

The hotel is of a very good standard. They only need to work on the way their staff relate to customers. While some are friendly, a few of them aren't friendly (especially the ones on night shift while I was there).

Princess Luxury is a great place to stay if you are looking for a level of comfort without breaking the bank. It's not cheap but it is not expensive at the same time. Just okay. They have gym facility and pool facility. The pool closes to the public between 6pm and 7pm and the poolside turns to a night hang out spot. You can get an assortment of drinks and edibles ranging from BBQ to proper meals. They have a night club on the premises which is actually well insulated from room accommodations because of expected noise disturbance.

Excellent in all services rendered be it in food, restaurants, hall, pool. Etc. I did a wedding programme at princess luxury hotel on oct 28 of dis year. Infact it was superb. Keep it up.

Poor services, bad food, useless place, took two days to correct AC. Change room after 48hrs. Paid for rubbish food.

It's a very good place to relax and have fun, I love everything about them. The pool, the gym, the reception, the environment, they're just perfect.
