I had a great experience in the hotel the last time I visited Akure. I got the value for every Kobo I spent.

Located in a quiet corner of Ijapo estate in Akure, the hotel neat and inviting. The rooms are okay a d the service not bad.
A good place to lodge for travelers.

I used the Hall and the rooms. The breakfast was great, the gym and swimming pool experience is very great.

I recently stayed at Eleventh House Hotel, and it was a splendid experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every need was met.

I stayed at this hotel during my first visit to Akure on July 8. Located in the upscale Alagbako area, the hotel offers limited parking. While the food was a bit pricey, it was quite tasty.

As a remote worker on a road trip, finding a place with 24-hour electricity was a total win. The food was delicious, the prices were affordable, and overall the experience was a solid 10/10.

This is a very nice hotel situated in a serene environment in Ijapo Estate, Akure. I recommend it for anyone visiting Akure.

This is breathtaking and beautiful. For now it screams luxury and style, but I fear the management needs to be assertive when it comes to maintaining the hotel. A lot is going wrong.

Good rooms with good AC and Wi-Fi. Kitchen is ok. Mattresses are very firm.

My friends stayed at the hotel and they recommended it to me, the rooms were spacious,, with functional AC. Security was also tight.

Great place and nice experience, receptionist not so friend or maybe she was having a bad day.
My suggestion, having a keycard lock instead of the conventional door locks would be a great one.

I love the place just that their pool is outside and the swimmer's will not have their privacy while swimming.

The front desk lady who uses glasess convinced us and helped us to make decisions on the rooms to collect.

Services is slow, the corridors are not neat and smells somehow.

The place is quiet and affordable. They have excellent room, bar, kitchen, and customer services. There is no car rental as it is far from the Akure airport but it's not far from from the Akure mall.

Heritage Hotel is sharing fence with Bliss World, managed by the same management. Is more like an extension to bliss world but with different names. In ijapo estate akure.

Nice hotel, located in a very nice place in Akure.

Their rooms are stuffy and I feel they should do more maintenance of their bathrooms.
Aside that, they are clean. They have good service and response.

We had a great stay! The room was super clean, and the air conditioning definitely works—it was ice cold, which was perfect after being out in the heat.

The meal is okay but the road accessibility to the hotel is quite an issue. I went for meeting, so the hall used was okay.

The environment is conducive and serene, so lovely.
