This used to be the Le Meridian Ogeyi Place. Some reviews say poor service. But I only experienced good friendly service. Almost all staff had smiles and very welcoming. Much nicer than Lagos!

Oak Heaven Hotel is a bit of a mixed bag. While it's clear that the hotel has lost some of its former luster, it's still trying to put on a good face.

I only came here to swim, the swimming pool is actually not so big however it is deep, the shallow end is a bit deep, I’m 5’6 and the water was around my burst.

My experience from my first step through the slide doors communicated personalized service… The Guest Relations Officers were welcoming and warm.

Great Location, excellent customer service, state of the art amenities. My stay at sweet spirit was worth while, a 5-star experience for sure. I'm definitely coming back whenever I'm in port Harcourt.

The parking space was sizeable, security was active, the hall was ok but the AC wasn't cooling at full capacity.

Just had an amazing experience at Novotel Port Harcourt. Didn't stay there but popped in over the weekend for some drinks and then decided to get something to eat, and was blown away by the service.

I enjoyed my stay at the Novotel Port Harcourt, although the current power supply is unstable, but I was told it was just a temporary issue.

Wonderful location and good ambience. Really enjoyed my time there. Helpful and friendly staff.

A very beautiful hotel, even though I stayed for just one night. I very serene environment in PH. Old gra ph. Everything is close to the hotel, supermarket, eatery, mall.

The room needs some renovations, especially the bathroom. The staff were very nice. Complementary Breakfast, could be served in your room at no extra cost. Food taste good too.

The ambience of this hotel is simply attractive, service was top notch and anyone looking for a home away from home should definitely consider meritz hotel.
