The hotel is good and quite however, some gadget are outdated.

A very nice and calm place to stay/work without noise.
Service are well organised.
Staffs are welcoming.

Small cottage hotel. Not pricey especially if youbare looking for a somewhere not expensive.

Laid back quiet place. Good basic hotel service. Some of the rooms are really excellent in design and state of maintanance. Price is reasonable for Ikeja lagos. Power is usually constant. If you want a place you can work and relax in without drilling a big hole in your pocket, try theodawn.

The hotel is cheap, so one can expect top class service. The room. ACs aren't cooling and if u have an early morning flight to catch, don't sleep here because gates mounted on the access roads to the hotel are not opened until 6am.

The room was too small. The mattress too thin, to the extent that I could feel the bed-spring.

Good customer relations but they need to have make their toilets and bathrooms cleaner.

The hotel is the worst ever I have been to.
Mosquito infested room, net windows are torn, worms coming out of the bathroom, old worn out bed etc. I wasted 20k for nothing. Do not waste your money it’s not worth it!

Oh well. The staff there is very nice and they literally just make sure you’re comfortable when checking in and out. The light was really low when there was no light and the Gen was on. There was no tag in the room and the shape of the room was just somehow. There are shops around so you can easily get things you need.

Cons:
Furniture was ancient.
AC and Fan were dusty.
Mosquitoes were feisty.
Bathroom was poorly lit with the aesthetics leaving much to be desired.
Pros:
Support staff were responsive.
Check out was seamless.
Not too far from the major road.

The pictures online looked great until I got to the actual building. The exterior was old, the interior older. No water in the bathroom, window without net and the sheets looked horrible.
Only 1 (receptionist) out of the 3 staff I met actually knew how to do their jobs. They’re rather reluctant doing anything for guests.
The parking space is tiny and very difficult to drive into.
It was easy to find I’ll say.

It looks like it's an old hotel. From looking at the WC and other things in the room, one could tell.
Their front desk lady is an amazing person though, such a nice lady. Their services are also good. They attended to every need we had while we were there.
I think you guys should look into the position of the AC tho, I don't think it makes sense for an air conditioner to be directly facing the bed, especially the one in the room I stayed that didn't have a controller.
I didn't try their food, so I don't know about it.
Location was serene too.

Not bad. Nice workers. Except the kitchen lady who doesn't smile while serving nor cleans the tea cup before serving.
24 hours light is available. In all the hotel just needs happy workers. It's a quiet hotel. Good for work and relaxing.
