Light Spring Hotel

Their service is great.
They're welcoming, their staffs are disciplined and have good sense of humour.
They should improve on water supply to the upper floors.

It also has a swimming pool located in it. The fees for the pool varies from time to time but it cools with full access to the pool and changing area with a shower area, plus towels. Also the pool is 4ft/5ft and doesn't have love guards cause it's not deep.

I attended a brother's wedding reception there, and it was very lovely.
The environment, the hall itself, everything is giving luxury.
Would surely come back next time.

Very bad experience, I am never visiting this place again in my life and I will never recommend to anyone. I spent 40 min taking my bath because the water pressure is low, no tissue, complimentary breakfast was served poorly, the egg was without onion and pepper because is was complimentary but the one we paid for had onion n pepper, very poor service, and limited food menu.

As a traveler, I'd say this hotel is in a great location. But services are extremely poor. The room are moldy. You can't even breathe. The bathroom in the most expensive room of 65k doesn't work. We couldn't take a shower the whole day and night. We complained and someone came in and said "I don't know why it's not working". They have just ONE staff running the whole hotel. When power went out, nobody could turn the generator on. I had to walk down from 3rd floor to beg for power. I was there 3 times and I was the only one in the whole hotel. I have never seen a place like this before. Please, stay away.

When I walked into the exquisite lobby of the Lightspring hotel, my initial thought was filled with excitement and anticipation for the delightful days ahead. However, my experience turned out to be far from enjoyable.
Let me start with the customer service, or rather, the lack thereof. To say that they have bad customer service would be an understatement. The receptionist who attended to us on the second day displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Moreover, they handed me a bill that included charges for rooms that none of my guests had stayed in. In the room where I had a guest, despite her payment for the meal, the staff claimed it was unpaid until she presented her receipt. Their response was not only disrespectful but also discourteous.
Also for a self-proclaimed 4-star hotel, the bar failed to provide a proper menu, or at least they did not offer me one. This conveniently served as an excuse for them to inflate their prices. How could a Heineken cost 1500? Absurd!
To add to my dissatisfaction, the water in the bathroom of my assigned room didn't drain properly. Consequently, hours after taking a bath, ankle-deep water still lingered. I called the reception to have the issue resolved, but unfortunately, no action was taken during the entirety of my three-day stay.
Located on the third floor was a lounge intended for guests to relax, unwind, or watch movies or football. Regrettably, it served another unintended purpose.

This is a new hotel in Ojodu Berger. Space is beautiful…
I came here for thé pool, they offer swimming lessons. I’ll give more update on this place as time goes on.
