As long as u value ur peace of mind, money and time, by my Personal Experience, just avoid that Hotel, with an exception of few (Manager and The Cleaners) Everyone in that Hotel is Rude and Aggressive. With Experience of Staying for more than 150+ across the entire 36+FCT States in Nigeria, and 8 Countries across the globe, by far this is the worst Hotel experience!

It’s mosquito infested and some toilets are dirty. You’ll need to call them before they on the water heater for you. And there service is just poor like you’re begging them to attend to you.

The rooms are so bad and full of rats, I complained to the staffs but they couldn’t do anything about the rats. I booked the hotel through wakanow and I regretted.

Work on your ambience. Having mosquitoes in your room is not cool at all.

Please this hotel is too dirty the management needs to get a professional cleaner for properly cleaning I didn’t enjoy my stay in the hotel cause of how dirty my room was.

Nice place. But they need to focus on the toilet cleaning. The environment is central and reserved. The street is tarred.

One thing I would really appreciate is their customer service, thank you for giving stress free services.

My room 207 was just behind the kitchen area. The noise of meat and bone cutting was loud despite the shut windows.
It didn't stop until about or past midnight.
This is a personal review on the particular room, 207 and others around it.
The bar and pool side were great view. Customer service was as well excellent.

They need to fix quite a lot in the hotel, while lodging, I didn't have access to my room card, which is not too professional.

The only entrance and exit is via toying Street, the other gate is permanently locked. No parking space, hotel is small, looks like a guest house. Pool, overly small. Street, small lol. Air conditioning, too noisy. I'd recommend for a short stay.

We got to their first location that was Fully Booked and the Manager insisted that we shall be impressed if he can take us to the other Branch of the Hotel… the rest is a Wow story.
We had a pleasant night. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Doors are unlocked with only one Mastercard because other cards are not functioning. Also the Doors are old and needs to be replaced. Bathroom has no shower and the equipment there are old, the door to the bathroom looks like it’s been eaten by termites. Don’t know if other rooms are the same, I took the cheapest room for 17k but it needs to meet basic requirements. I was concerned about the door card because it can be opened from outside since the whole hotel rooms uses only one card. Attendants were nice and helpful, food I had was okay. Blurry TV needs fixing and Old AC that’s very loud.

The building is an older build, they did have hot water. The beds were comfy to sleep in. Thats a great one night stop. But I would not spend more time than that there. The food was not that great, staff is helpful but they seem annoyed when doing it. I loved the location peaceful, and ever little happening on the roads. Price is good for what u get.

The receptionist is very amazing. She helped me to get my bags to the last floor. She is very courteous, always smiling, professional, polite and welcoming. The hotel services were top notch. The rooms are conducive and every single thing in the room I lodged was working perfectly. The staff of the hotel were handpicked and trained for the job.
I would love to stay there when else am in Ikeja.

Really nice hotel to stay at.
I stayed there for over 3 days and I loved my room.
They have affordable rooms and really nice room setting but most of the stuff in the room is old. Works perfectly tho.
Water was running smoothly except for my first night there where there was a glitch and they sorted it within few minutes.
The reception staff are polite but sometimes forgetful of little details. They can also be a little annoying, they called me twice before 8am to ask if I was still staying or going. I found that unnecessary cos the other days I stayed over, payment was always sorted before 10am and checkout time is 12pm.
The restaurant staff are the opposite of polite. I went downstairs in the morning of the day I was supposed to leave the hotel for their free breakfast and I was rudely attended to, it was like they were angry at something and transferring aggression. Had my tea without sugar cos they said there was no sugar again.
Security staff are courteous and respectful.
