Utopia Hotel

Worst hotel so far, I checked in today cause it's my birthday, only to pay 4 room nd their took light, 4 the past 4 Hours there is no light and and there is still no light and they keep on giving one stupid reason to the other, they have successfully spoilt my day 4 me, I won't advise anyone to lodge there.

Budget hotel located in a calm area of Enugu. Their service was ok, the swimming pool was good too.
The painful thing about this place is that if power goes off, mobile network (MTN and Airtel) disappears which left me very frustrated.

The hotel is great on it own, but the room they gave me, I think room 310 has water dropping from the AC right there into the room, I almost fell, I complained but they didn't pay attention to a customer neither did they do anything 'bout it, besides the room ain't big and comfy… (I definitely have a lot to say 😭)

An upscale hospitality facility in Independence Layout Enugu, just a stone throw from the Lion Building, the seat of the Governor of Enugu State.
Very serene and exclusive environment that you can only access if you were headed there.
Imposing edifice, an inviting reception, restaurant, swimming pool and poolside bar.
The service is fair and the staff look smart.
Rooms are categorised based on the luxury and so are the rates.
Families take vacations here with a lot of space for children to play.
Standby power generator compliment public electricity supply.
Major access roads include First Avenue, Second Avenue and Link Road.

Utopia Suites and Apartments I had higher expectations before visiting but my expectations were crushed because had the worst experience, no water supply, mosquitoes infested rooms and environment, staff not responding to your issues. Poor network connectivity.

Quite located in a very Serene environment. Nice and conducive room with great view. Awesome swimming pool environment with nice bar. The lounge is also cool.
I had a nice time there.

While their services were okay and the location is very strategic, there is a serious need for renovation of the interiors.
The maintenance of the fittings also needs to be put in place.
I also recommend disinfecting the rooms and environment.
Howbeit, I love the exterior design of the hotel.

Nice place. The customer service is very good and effective. The rooms are in good condition. I was particularly impressed with the state of the rest rooms. There is hot water available. The is DStv available and the air conditioning works fine.
It's quiet at night, so expect quality sleep hours.
For breakfast I had tea and toasted bread. It took less that 30 minutes to prepare and believe me, was very tasty. I loved it.
