A beautifully appointed boutique hotel in the center of historic Granada. Large sweeping balconies over look Central Park and the cathedral. Spacious rooms with all the amenities. Grand hacienda hotel with all the modern conveniences. The staff goes above and beyond and truly spoils their guest.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Swimming in the pool and the air conditioning in the room were greatly appreciated with the heat. The breakfast was delicious featuring more plain American food and Nicaraguan dishes like Gallo pinto. The staff was very polite and we enjoyed our complimentary drink at the bar. The architecture is beautiful and it is well situated to go and explore.

Loved this hotel. I would describe it as classy with a casual feeling. The staff is very professional and friendly. Always ready to lend a hand, suggest a place to eat, etc. The bar is great and the drinks are about $1 for a great cocktail. The included breakfast buffet is very nice with bottomless coffee. The location is exactly where you want to be in Granada and the inner courtyard is peaceful and cool. Among the nicest hotels I've stayed anywhere.

I stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. I highly recommend booking a room with a balcony because you hear the town come alive and it’s such a great experience to have coffee and sit on the rocking chair overlooking the Central Park. From the moment you check in, you know you’re in good hands. Everyone on the staff is incredibly sweet and helpful. Victor took care of all my requests, such as shuttle rentals, hailing a cab, food recommendations and more. I advise all guests to try the delicious traditional Nicaraguan breakfast that’s served fresh and hot, especially on Sundays when they serve nacatamales. All the shops, spas, restaurants, and bars are a short walk away. I will definitely stay here again.

One of the employees agreed on a price for their shuttle to the airport. When it was time, he tried to up the price in Spanish. Thankfully I caught on and resolved it. If that didn't happen as we were leaving, I'd give 5 stars.

Hotel and room were very clean. Room was nice and big, bathroom was well equiped with toiletries and shower had great pressure and hot water. Room had a cool balcony to the street. Modern key card room keys, flat screen TV with cable were also nice extras I wasnt expecting at this hotel. Overall, location, price and value can't be beat in Granada.

Absolutely beautiful accommodations. Our balcony room overlooked the square and we pleasantly woke to the sounds of markets being erected and horse-drawn carriages just outside our doors.

I loved this place and hope to stay again. We arrived for our stay and as we were unloading our bags someone hit our car. This caused a big scene and I speak very little Spanish. Nelson who worked the door stayed by my side the rest of the staff checked in my family with an upgrade. They later parked my car in a garage off the street. The service was great and the hotel is beautiful. Located very close to everything.

Nice place that borders the Grandad main town square. There are lots of vendors with booths in the square, many nice restaurants within walking distance and a very nice and accommodating staff. Breakfast is included on an outside patio. The front of the hotel has a deck with seating. The hotel bar is modest and the pool, enclosed in an interior courtyard is on the small size.

There is simply no better experience available in Granada. From the friendly staff to the beautiful accommodations, everything has exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Granada. I booked a room after days of traveling and needed some luxury for my last night in the country. The receptionist was nice enough to give me a small discount in my ragged state. The bed was sooo comfortable and I had a great night sleep. I knocked a star down because there were two cockroaches in my room when I checked in. Someone from maintenance came to my room to spray and I didn't see any roaches after that. Otherwise it was a good stay and the breakfast they serve is full of variety and delicious. Try the Plaza Colon drink if you decide to go to the bar! It's vodka and tamarind and surprisingly good.

I had fun in Nicaragua, not many good places to eat but fun time.

The bar. There is a "BAR" Inside of the hotel and this bar doesn't have any of variation of beer and even alcohol or wine. Well the bar is super cozy and elegant But they really need to invest in The product in this bar.

Great location overlooking the central square. But a bit pricey comparing the prices of other hotels with same location.
The rest is perfect.

Beautiful historic building on Parque Central. Spacious, clean, well-maintained. Friendly and smiling staff. Large rooms with colonial style, modern comfort (air-conditioning, minibar, TV, Wi-Fi, good quality bedding) in addition. To recommend without hesitation!

It was pretty nice. I was only briefly there for an interview but the general area for dining was nice.

The service, staff, and rooms were great. We had a great stay, and will stay again when we visit next.
