Worst experience, can't differentiate between 31 and 1. Got charge one night before we even booked in. No record of booking information, still tryna say I was lying. Bad customer service, SLOW asf Wi-Fi Wouldn't recommend this motel.

Awesomely great pricing, huge room/home. But this reflects the standard. Chatels quite dated and lamps and lights did not all work. Kitchen sink plug was replaced with incorrect sized one covered in tinfoil to fit and handmarks on doors, shower was very dated and unhygienic; the underneath of the wood around the base of shower had alot of mold, not visible until I wiped the floor of the shower with a towel and a whole bunch of grotty mold wiped off from under the wood but the rest of the rooms seemed more hygienic. Fully eqquiped with teas n coffee tv, oven, microwaves blankets electric blankets heaters good wardrobes. Hair dryer was really terrible and pointless to use it barely blew. The shouldve really not bothered. Owners are chinese and very friendly. It is on a busy road. But I didnt notice any extreme noise except from other guests children in the carpark. Although the rooms are not sound insulated so it could be an issue depending on chance. Overall very happy with the room and stay tho would reccommened as budget accommodation.

A decent motel. Free Wi-Fi is also provided for guests and the rooms were clean. The toilets are however, located inside a bedroom so it might be a problem. Definitely would recommend this motel for a short stay.

This was an interesting little motel. I was put in one of the larger suites thanks to the very nice gentleman who checked me in (right before the office closed at 9pm) and it had a seating area, a full kitchen, a sitting area w/a queen bed and then a separate room that slept up to 3 additional people in twin beds and then the in-suite bathroom, which was clean and roomy. The queen bed was comfortable and already came with quite a few pillows so I didn’t have a steal any additional from the other beds. The shower had good pressure too. I didn’t get to make use of the kitchen, as I was just there for the night. It was quiet stay, which I appreciated. I also liked that they had assigned parking in front of your room. The Wi-Fi was also fast and dependable and easy to connect to.

An old dated motel poorly maintained. Mould in shower and fridge. Torn carpet and dirt ingrained into floor. Suggest you check unit on arrival before paying. Expensive unit for poor quality.

Pleasant enough, but only two armchairs in unit were broken, both recliners one woudn't recline and the other was stuck out, which was not rectified, before our stay concluded. Buckets instead of kitchen tidy, and having to pay $5 to use the laundry was over the top, especially for the price we paid. No iron or ironing board in unit, so had to go and buy an iron. Also advertising on sign out front has sky, but there was no sky available. Would not stay there again.

It is an old motel which requires upgrading. It has many defects which you are unaware of. Beware that you are not scammed by the owners to pay money for existing damages.

Very good when it comes to putting the homeless, into short term shelter (good skills, & thank you. )

It's a pretty decent option given that is hard to get a place in Christchurch. Renting what's labeled an apartment, we have a full kitchen including cutlery etc. It's seen better days and could use some remodeling, but it's a very good deal for the money.
