Very quiet and clean. Family friendly.

Great motel. Rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. Its a 20 minute walk to Cathedral Square. The motel also stores your luggage.

Friendly people. Located in the City.

Yesterday we checkedin to the motel. The attender at the reception was not all friendly. No greeting, very rude. Please avoid to stay in the motel in future.

Horrendous. Tried to stay here overnight and our first interaction with the attending staff member was blatant homophobia and rudeness. Alright, fine, whatever. So we walked into the room to find a musty, outdated, small, and ugly space with a tiny bathroom and likewise bedroom. We look into the bedroom, see the bed is visibly sagging in the middle, second guess staying here, and then look up at the ceiling… unbelievably, what we saw (it's still flabbergasting) was a condom stretched over some sort ceiling fixture, maybe a smoke detector, with water dripping into it from this leaky fixture — see pics submitted to this page. This was dead centre over the bed which is totally disgusting and also makes me wonder how much water leaked onto the bed before they decided to use protection. Absolutely appalling. The staff member who originally checked us in was completely nonplussed and had no solution or apology to offer. We high tailed it out of this motel and found somewhere much nicer to stay the night. I am surprised Bealey Avenue Motel in Christchurch is in business at all and strongly recommend avoiding it entirely.

Friendly people, but there was a bit of an odour in the room. Were there on a Saturday night and could hear cars on the road quite a lot of the night. Windows were open. Comfortable and friendly but minor issues.

When I turned down the bed there was big back hairs on the sheets! Room is adequate it could do with a bit of a redesign to bring up to those around a that price.

Good value for money with clean modern rooms.

Bedroom was a small room, had to leave our suitcases in the lounge. Was clean but not impressed that when we booked this online we had to book 2 nights even thou we only wanted 1. Staff not overly friendly. Young lady just pointed to upstairs to say our room was up there, but we had to then look upstairs to see which one was our room. Even when we checked out, not much communication, even had a phone call wondering if we had checked out, no offer of a refund for 2nd night. Not keen to stay here again.

Me and the family stayed 2 nights Reasonable price and quality. But weak Internet and only sky 3 (Not 50+)

Easy access close to city reasonable prices good rooms.

In a good location to visit the city. Rooms are clean and people very friendly, the Wi-Fi works well. The furnitures are not so modern but useful. Nice and right prices.

Nice rooms very tidy and modern. Great location. That is why im checking back in tomorrow!
