We hve stayed in motels all over the motu from top of the north to the bottom of the south n Ace High is amongst the best of them.

Contrary to photographs shown online, this is a rather tired, worn out and depreciated property, well overdue for a birthday upgrade.
My wife posted some honest feedback on booking. Com, and nearly a week after we stayed there they retaliated by charging my credit card $70 — without authorisation, ostensibly for a damaged pot, without any evidence, before or after photos. (We have not damaged any pots, and they had no pots worth $70 — anyway).

Great service, nice management.

Had a two bedroom apartment, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, had heaps of space which was good for the kids. They cleaned daily everytime we left and restocked towels etc which was great. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus and it never lagged or stopped when we were on it. The owners were Sweet and friendly and helped with anything we needed. It was great stay.

It was spotless the staff and management were very helpful nothing seemed a problem we would stay there next time Thank you Frank and Maureen.

Perfectly serviceable rooms. A great mid priced motel, handy to everything including the expressway.

Stayed there one night after being turned away from a motel advertising pet friendly. This motel actually is. Comfortable and clean and totally welcoming with great local knowledge. Everything you could need in a motel. Great water pressure too. Will be the first place I look up if I'm in the area again.

Friendly staff & managers. Great rooms, super clean and we had our dog in the room with us. Not many dog friendly places left so nice to have Frank & Maureen allowing dogs. Definitely be back to stay there.

Expensive for what you get.

Forgetful housekeepers, they left us with only 3 towels then asked us for 3 more! What do I go buy them 3x more towels? N r they accusing me of stealing towels lol✌ otherwise it's a safe environment, couple who own n run the place are really good ☺ thank u guys✌

We thourghly enjoyed our stay. The kids made the most of the pool. Enjoyed our bbq as well. We'll worth staying and would do it again.

Very caring and helpful people who bent over backwards to accommodate not only me and my immediate family but also helped out my extended family when their accommodation plans fell through. Very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms, awesome 24hr access to the pool, free Wi-Fi was a treat and just honestly a great place to stay backed up with fantastic staff. I would go back there in a flash and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing and helpful motor inn.

Nice place with friendly owners. Ended up staying an extra night. Comfortable bed and recommend choosing a room with a spa. Would definitely stay here again. Looked at others in the area and this was by far the nicest.
