We have just had the most enjoyable Easter Weekend staying at Waihi Top 10. Everything was so clean, tidy and welcoming. The staff were all fantastic and friendly. They put on an easter egg hunt that the kids loved. Sites are abit tight, can be hard getting your car in and out but nothing that's put us off. Thank you Waihi Top 10, you were amazing and we cant wait for our stay next Easter 🥰

Amasing place especially for the kids. Lots of activities, amazing pool and spa area. Love the Bbq area and kitchen. Plenty of room and Amazing friendly staff. Deffently will be coming back.

Awesome weekend camping highly recommend clean facilities, lots for kids to do and friendly helpful staff.

Weren’t able to stay as we were travelling with our dog, but campground looked great, right next to beach, great playground, good fish and chip shop down the road and reception were so helpful when we couldn’t get in touch with other Top 10 camp ground. Place was buzzing so obviously popular. Would happily recommend it.

Absolutely amazing location & facilities. Beach one side, geothermal pool the other… kids don't know what to do first.
We have a beachfront 2 bedroom apartment — everyone happy — TV in both rooms… if you have time x.

What a AWESOME spot for family.
kids had such a good time. We have stayed at 3 Top 10 and Waihi facilities have more to offer for kids. We were dissatisfied with the shortage of bathrooms. We stayed in Berth cabins and we had to share 1 shower and two toilets with many people. The bedrooms linen could also be looked at, quality is low and not warm enough for winters. And beds mattress you could feel springs.

Great price including hot pool, swimming pool, pizza oven, right on the beach. Incredible value for money. Awesome showers too.

Amazing beach view… excellent facilities. I suggest to bring the water heater a bit lower so we (short height) can reach.

Having so much fun here. Me and my 11 and 13 yr old boys are enjoying all the amenities. Lounging by the pool, swimming at the beach across the rd, the outdoor pizza oven evenings, and the relaxed and CLEAN atmosphere! Well done to the operators who keep it all running like a well oiled clock.

Very clean as expected with Top 10 camps. Good facilities for families. Toilets were too far from the shower block.
There should be a reduced rate for late arrivals and one nighters as the facilities other than the showers and toilets are not really utilised.

Friendly welcoming environment, family friendly but would also enjoy with the kids lol… has island resort feel to the place, beautiful beach and surrounding native bush. Nice restaurants and cafe’s around the town… must do get away that instantly relaxes you when you arrive.

An absolutely fabulous place to stay, facilities and staff are great.

Excellent accommodation! We had a blast had intended to go to the pub for the night instead we decided to try and master the pizza oven… many laughs, not so nice pizza though! Great rooms (we booked 2 hotel units) exceptionally clean, warm, very spacious and a well-appointed kitchenette. We had a blast!

At $56 per night it is totally overpriced there is no TV reception no toilets in the showers and not enough room to swing a cat would definitely not recommend this place as there are better ones available.

Awesome place to stay, the staff are just wonderful the accommodation is fantastic, and the pool is brilliant, so looking forward to our next stay in November 2019 and a huge thanks to Danial who helped me out over the phone so very much appreciate it.

Just the worst Top 10 we’ve ever stayed at, they don’t know their sites very well so book carefully, felt sorry for the family that arrived to find their site had been double booked & were put in an end space with only cm’s left around their tent pitch on soggy mud. Shame as I’ve always chosen Top 10 for being the best but I’ll look around at other parks in future.

We are here for the Easter Long weekend & wow what an awesome place to stay! The best Easter egg hunt we’ve ever seen, amazing pool spa & slide, great facilities, playground, wood fire pizza oven, exciting Trike race & the list goes on! Highly recommend the 45 min walk to the cove across the hill — not for the faint hearted:)

Awesome camping ground! Immaculate facilities. We couldn’t get over all the things on offer from the pizza oven that fires up in the evenings, to the tools to fix anything and everything, beautiful pool, pet eels for the kids to feed, smoker for fish, bikes and surf boards to hire… the list goes on. We highly recommend the holiday park and can’t wait to go back!

We’ve just returned from an amazing stay! Beautiful view over the park and the beach from our cozy modern-styled motel unit (park view). The kids loved the trikes, jumping pillow and feeding the eels, but the highlight for us all was the pool and spa! You can’t beat a heated pool in winter! Thanks Top 10 Waihi!

It is our 4th time of staying at your campground and the reason we keep coming back with our 5 grandkids and other extended family for a winter holiday is that there is so much for everyone to do and they all love it. Even the teenagers! Plus we love the location as we can enjoy the beach and the cycle trails and tunnels in the Karangahake Gorge.

We turned up today to check into the same room we booked last year and rebooked, paid as required all year on time to be told we had apparently cancelled not long ago therefore no refund and no room available. Long and short of it, we hadn’t cancelled which they admitted (their mistake). While trying to get to the bottom of what had happened they wanted us to wait and deal with other people as they waited in a queue and not finish with us first, how rude. My wife had taken annual leave without pay for this coming week, this week is the last week for me also with my work being quiet. We have got a full refund straight away which is great and fuel money and they will pay for the pet stay costs but still can’t understand how this can happen as other people they did cancel was on a different day and size cabin. The systems need to be made more robust. Our only daughter has been looking forward to the camp and to catch up with friends she has made other years so is now gutted. I think the refunds are really only a start, we have always enjoyed the camp, have been repeat customers and I’m guessing if we had been a couple hours sooner turning up maybe we would have been first in. The camp should offer us first option on cabin for next year and some heavy discount at the very least. They did offer to put us into some other accommodation but not at the camp, they should have offered it to the people mistakenly put into our cabin.

Best holiday park we've been to! The heated swimming pool was a hit esp as it rained all day! We also had the best pizza with the awesome wood fired oven! Definitely returning.

Best top ten we have stayed in yet. Can't fault the place in any way.
Close to the beach, friendly staff, clean, very well equipped the list goes on.
Amazing place for kids plenty to keep them entertained and the pool is brilliant.
Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone especially young families.
Well done team — hope to visit again if we're in NZ another time.
