The room was huge, well furbished and everything went smoothly, from the booking via phone to the checkout.
The only issue we've had was with the Wi-Fi as it was not reliable.
On the plus side:
— Bathroom was perfect.
— spa massage is very nice (could use a notice)
— bed was comfy and I'm 6"2 tall.
— ac unit worked perfectly.
— sky on tv!
— the size of the bedroom+living room is really impressive.
— full furbished living room.
The Royal Park is undergoing a major refit, currently leaving only the upstairs rooms available.
This Mitel is in the average range. Not flash, not scruffy, but in the current state, it was a bit the latter.
We had a serious medical situation arise with one of our friends while we were there, and the magic of Royal Park is the management and the caring serve they provided. Can't speak highly enough of them, their flexibility, and general friendliness.
Friendly staff, fair room prices, very convenient location not far from all eating places. Highly recommended.
