That is the impression I was able to win today than I today, new year's Tango-event in the orangery have visited. In the ticket price of 30 euros a dinner, and 3 drinks should be included. Since the admission price was in the previous years 15 € and the drinks are expensive, I was expecting nothing Special on the Buffet. I was already at two events in previous years and found the place quite beautiful. The Buffet I found at the former events unstimulating. So it went probably many other visitors to this event, and I suspect
the organizers probably had to accept a altered Arrangement of the house, that a duty, consumption included. Well — I paid the double entry and was looking forward to a nice evening. The reason for my annoyance: In the dining room, there were tables with Seating for max. 30 people, additional Seating without tables along two sides of the hall, out of a total of approximately 40 seats, the event was attended by approximately 160 people. In previous years, a further room behind the dance floor, where you can relax or eat. This was this year only for the restaurant guests! At the time of the Buffet-the opening of a number of people in the narrow passage to the Bar and between the tables crowded now, it was no more! The cordoned-off area was pretty stocked, and empty! This was absolutely unacceptable and outrageous! The Buffet had to be served in the back room to ensure unhindered access to the Bar and to the dance floor. It can hardly be expected that guests in evening clothes, balance your plate on your Lap! If the house does not want this event in your premises, this should be better communicated clearly. I felt treated as a guest, but like an unpleasant visitor, you want to as quickly as possible in los — succeeded! I'm gone for half an hour. Two other minus points: the menu was too was rejected only in Dutch, despite the many international guests, the desire to have an additional glass of plain water to make a drink.
