Great hotel, Love the coffee maker inside the room.

It is not very close to the quiet center beautiful place for both singles and families.

How rubbish is your service? awful customer service.

Agree with other reviews, awful customer service — they hardly respond to queries — not worth the booking!

Awful customer service! Considering the exceptional circumstances with the coronavirus situation right now, this hotel is refusing to refund bookings. We understand that we have made non-refundable reservation, but this situation is considered a force majeure! They have not offered a solution and have been very unhelpful. If you like booking with confidence, do not book with this hotel.

Bright and colourful decor just outside of main central city with large swimming pool area. Had the largest pillows I've ever had! Bike friendly, Great breakfast and all day dining.

Wonderful pool for small children. Excellent service at front desk. Very comfortable big bed in junior suite. Breakfast was good. Very close to lovely westerpark where there's more outdoor water fun for kids. Gorgeous art nouveau architecture in the neighbourhood.

Com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! excellent place to stay, very close to the city centre, just take a 5 min tram and you are at the central station. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very polite and helpful.

A really nice hotel. Staff were really friendly and the room was clean. The shower was really big and the room looked very modern. It's really well located. Only 13 minutes by bus to the centre and the bus stop is only 300m from the hotel. There is also a night bus that goes every hour after midnight.

The hotel was absolutely lovely, all the staff were happy to help at anytime, the room was amazing and had everything you would possibly need. The only issue we had was in with the food in the evening when we didn’t get what we ordered and service took an extremely long time in a fairly empty place. Other than that it was excellent and would recommend to anyone.

Distinctly average. Nothing wrong, but neither does it do anything to impress. Plus, I object to places who bolt two single beds together and call it a double room. One good tip is that the brewery over the road is excellent. Great beers and good food. If you decide to stay here I definitely recommend the brewery for dinner one evening.

Hotel a little bit out of the city centre, but easily accessible by means such as bus or Uber (which I highly recommend). Spacious, clean and finely furnished rooms with comfortable bed and huge shower tray. A great experience.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city but buses pass every 10 minutes to 650 meters from the hotel.
The hotel also has some bikes for rent The buffet breakfast is varied and very good I would go back with pleasure.

The location of the hotel was very helpful. And was not disappointed. Had long been feeling really welcome again. The friendliness was very charming and honest.
Room service, breakfast, cleanliness, WLAN and especially the reception all top.
A very nice park is 10 minutes away as well as the train to the centre. Ideal for exploring Amsterdam.
Only downside are the few and narrow parking spaces in the underground garage. Lowered cars should not use the steep downhill.

Excellent hotel, with comfortable room and bathroom. Staff is nice. Breakfast is fantastic, with lots of option. Bar is good for a drink, but not for meals. Although is a little far from downtown, it’s very easy to reach there with only one bus (22).

Very comfortable and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. There was a weird electronic noise in our room. Restaurant is good for cheap beer but not a huge or exciting menu. Buffet breakfast had lots of choice but average quality. Easy bus ride to the main city centre but not much within walking distance. We were in Amsterdam for NYE but the weather and lack of transport (public transport shuts down between 8pm-2am) sent us back to our room for midnight, where we had a fabulous view of the skyline which absolutely exploded with fireworks.

It is a bit far from the center but well connected. The restaurant is very good and the staff is very nice. It has Wi-Fi and a small art gallery. To others there you can buy transportation passes.

Lovely hotel, excellent service and staff. Guests quite noisy a lot of the time outside the room and down the corridors at silly times of the night and morning. Breakfast is good, lots of variety.

Hotel in very nice, although room was very small and for some reason the minibar was locked. The bathroom didn't look that nice. The checkout the day after took a life.

Well in general just a paste the communication is a bit regular towards the center just a bus on 22.

Pleasant enough room, nice and clean, plenty of space. Only complaint is that the air was so dry in the room I kept waking up. Felt a little strange getting to the room, essentially had to walk through to the building next door and go up a lift. The hotel is a little out of the way, but it's easy enough to get the bus. Some nice art on the walls and a great buffet breakfast (lots of choice! ) All in all perfectly fine but nothing spectacular — a good hotel for the price though.

Such a beautiful and cozy hotel. Loved the design and staff was very warm and welcoming. The cleanliest hotel I've ever slept at. Everything was perfect.

Really nice hotel with helpful staff and really clean and modern. Plus the free access to the massive pool is an added bonus. 2 minute walk away to a bus stop to get easy access to the centre.

I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to have a perfect vacation in Amsterdam. This is an excellent combination of art and nature. The food is topnotch and they have the best staff in the world. I was amazed with the nespresso machine and the room was very clean and relaxing with very good ambience especially with the paintings on the wall. I will definitely come back with my wife here.

Very decent room, excellent breakfast but the restaurant is absolutely avoided ⚠ ️ ⚠ ️ (meal hardly better than a canteen has a very excessive price for quality, clearly the cook does not know how to put the food in value as well by the taste as the Presentation)

Good location, as it's served by a bus route that takes you straight to the train station and the centre of Amsterdam. Staff are friendly, rooms are nice, breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choice. They offer a (non-free) laundry service. The bar has a nice relaxing atmosphere.

Great service, friendliness and helpfulness by the receptionist and attendants. Well-finished structure in modern art style. Location easy to reach by bus.

I loved the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and very modern. It is a little bit out of the center, a half hour walk. But there are buses that stop very close to the hotel and take you to the central station.

Positive experience. Very nice Hotel and maintained well. Very good breakfast too and with a wide choice between sweet and savoury. Only bad note, but very personal, the fact of not being able to open the windows so you can ventilate the room well.

Well reachable by bus (22) only daytime and ask for the N x night. Spacious and bright rooms in the very nice setting, the cleanliness of the rooms is a bit shallow, dust on the shelves and all the bases of support you notice that on the days staying was not performed, and flaws in the bar where the first evening I had asked for some milk x the baby of 3 years (ordering) wine for us too,. And they told me that there was no turn to the maítre was found, yet milk is milk, and the second night since the foods after 11pm are no longer served, we could not drink a little wine because you can not accompany it even with a dessert cake or other. So you find yourself having to drink without being able to taste anything. For the rest it is a nice property and well worth staying. A compliment to the reception.

Top of the top. Perfect Suite for a couple in shape!

We booked a room for 3 and found ourselves in a room for 2 with an extra bed! A tiny wardrobe with the safe and the coffee machine inside. It's Impossible to store the cases of three people! The household is done in a summary manner. There are yellow stains on the bed linen. The cushions are thrown on the floor and not even put back in place when we arrive in the room and this repeatedly despite our complaints.
Impossible to have a coffee before 7am at the bar even though you explain that in the room we are one on the other and that you do not want to wake your friends. The night watchman was particularly obnoxious, it was the night of 28 to 29 December 2016. He was even threatening and I had to pretend to film him so he could calm down. And that's all he kept threatening me with a lawsuit. An unrealistic scene.
The restaurant is dear for the food offered. The turkey is dry and the regularity is not on appointment. The servers that all seem to be apprentices are busier to relax with each other, music thoroughly, rather than serve you and especially serve. Be careful they will offer you the so-called gastronomic card overpriced without telling you about the tapas card much cheaper, certe of frozen but much better. Everything is done to make you spend more money.

Beautiful holiday! The hotel is very nice and clean, the rooms have a nice charm given by the paintings behind the bed. Very convenient also to visit the city as it is 10 minutes or less than bus from the center. Great coffee and tea machine available in the room! The only flaw, although I think it is a thing of north/northeast Europe, the sheets and the single blankets on the double bed.

It was a very nice hotel. Very diverse breakfast buffet. Close enough to the city center that you can easily reach by renting bikes at the front desk.
