It is not very close to the quiet center beautiful place for both singles and families.

How rubbish is your service? awful customer service.

Agree with other reviews, awful customer service — they hardly respond to queries — not worth the booking!

Awful customer service! Considering the exceptional circumstances with the coronavirus situation right now, this hotel is refusing to refund bookings. We understand that we have made non-refundable reservation, but this situation is considered a force majeure! They have not offered a solution and have been very unhelpful. If you like booking with confidence, do not book with this hotel.

Bright and colourful decor just outside of main central city with large swimming pool area. Had the largest pillows I've ever had! Bike friendly, Great breakfast and all day dining.

Wonderful pool for small children. Excellent service at front desk. Very comfortable big bed in junior suite. Breakfast was good. Very close to lovely westerpark where there's more outdoor water fun for kids. Gorgeous art nouveau architecture in the neighbourhood.

Com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! excellent place to stay, very close to the city centre, just take a 5 min tram and you are at the central station. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Great Hotel Slightly eccentric but a bus to 5min can take you and 5min later you are at the station. Qualit3 Service, spacious room.

We absolutely love this hotel! So friendly and clean and great location. Great park and neighborhood nearby. We took our bikes everywhere!

A really nice hotel. Staff were really friendly and the room was clean. The shower was really big and the room looked very modern. It's really well located. Only 13 minutes by bus to the centre and the bus stop is only 300m from the hotel. There is also a night bus that goes every hour after midnight.

Modern hotel: Stylish, comfortable. It is a half hour walk from the center. Great rooms, coffee maker and kettle in the room, the accommodation was pleasant: quickly were allocated, quickly evicted. Comfortable beds, storage systems, safe.

The truth is that I expected it better than it has worked.
The room was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. And the location walking to the center about 45min, by public transport about 15min.

Good hotel in the west of the center. About 15 minutes to the center. Great breakfast! Worth every euro!

The hotel was absolutely lovely, all the staff were happy to help at anytime, the room was amazing and had everything you would possibly need. The only issue we had was in with the food in the evening when we didn’t get what we ordered and service took an extremely long time in a fairly empty place. Other than that it was excellent and would recommend to anyone.

Nice hotel in a good location. The room was fine. The nearest bus connection is only a few 100 meters away.

Distinctly average. Nothing wrong, but neither does it do anything to impress. Plus, I object to places who bolt two single beds together and call it a double room. One good tip is that the brewery over the road is excellent. Great beers and good food. If you decide to stay here I definitely recommend the brewery for dinner one evening.

Rooms are top the breakfast buffet also only drawback double room booked and 2bett get everything else fine!

Spacious rooms with only one power outlet (2 in 2 rooms) in rather awkward locations (both away from the bed and the desk). Cleanliness good but not always thorough and linen does not live up to the price paid (eg frayed towels) uncomfortable location because in the industrial/port area. You need a car to get around, the bus is not comfortable (eg in the evening). Rich Breakfast.

The hotel is new and well maintained, the staff friendly, the room equipped with everything and spacious. The only drawback is that it is a bit of a walk from the center (even if you gain the peace of mind) and due to work going on to take the bus you have to make yourself or a nice piece on foot.

Hotel a little bit out of the city centre, but easily accessible by means such as bus or Uber (which I highly recommend). Spacious, clean and finely furnished rooms with comfortable bed and huge shower tray. A great experience.

Not being able to take a shower more than 5 minutes at 85th at night I find it heartbreaking, for the rest C was fine despite all.

Very good hotel, good service, clean and well equipped.
The hotel is on the outskirts of the city but buses pass every 10 minutes to 650 meters from the hotel.
The hotel also has some bikes for rent The buffet breakfast is varied and very good I would go back with pleasure.

Nice rooms mad good location within walking distance from the city center. Very good breakfast and in general nice hotels. Has both 3 and 4 star rooms. And sometimes you get a free upgrade :) Thank you.

I am about 90% in hotels the year. Usually in the preferred chains.
The location of the hotel was very helpful. And was not disappointed. Had long been feeling really welcome again. The friendliness was very charming and honest.
Room service, breakfast, cleanliness, WLAN and especially the reception all top.
A very nice park is 10 minutes away as well as the train to the centre. Ideal for exploring Amsterdam.
Only downside are the few and narrow parking spaces in the underground garage. Lowered cars should not use the steep downhill.

Cleanliness, friendliness and excellent breakfasts. A little far from the centre of Amsterdam, but for a bus, the 22nd, which leaves you at the same central station.

Excellent hotel, with comfortable room and bathroom. Staff is nice. Breakfast is fantastic, with lots of option. Bar is good for a drink, but not for meals. Although is a little far from downtown, it’s very easy to reach there with only one bus (22).

We stayed there a few days, then we left for a bike tour among the tulips. We came back a few days later at the end of the tour. We were able to leave the car guarded in their underground garage. A place to recommend, also the restaurant has a great menu.

It is a really nice hotel also for the people who are interested in art and the staff they are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is also just 10 minutes away from the city if you walk. I would recommend it to anyone.

Very comfortable and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. There was a weird electronic noise in our room. Restaurant is good for cheap beer but not a huge or exciting menu. Buffet breakfast had lots of choice but average quality. Easy bus ride to the main city centre but not much within walking distance. We were in Amsterdam for NYE but the weather and lack of transport (public transport shuts down between 8pm-2am) sent us back to our room for midnight, where we had a fabulous view of the skyline which absolutely exploded with fireworks.

It is a bit far from the center but well connected. The restaurant is very good and the staff is very nice. It has Wi-Fi and a small art gallery. To others there you can buy transportation passes.

The hotel is located about 2 km outside the centre. In about 20 minutes one is in the center. The hotel room is clean and there is even a Nespresso coffee maker that is replenished every day with 3 capsules. The rooms are large enough and the double beds even have a defector of 2 meters. TV has 4 German channels. The breakfast I found a bit lean at the selection, but enough to get fed up. The only thing that bothered was the Zummen in the room, which came from the exhaust air blower in the bathroom, which could not be turned off. The room was very clean. We had the room on the 5th floor overlooking the pool. The underground garage, which would have cost 24, 50 EUR per day, I could not use because the driveway was very steep. That's why I took the park & Ride Place 2 km away Sloterdijk (5 EUR for a total of 3 days).

Pleasant enough room, nice and clean, plenty of space. Only complaint is that the air was so dry in the room I kept waking up. Felt a little strange getting to the room, essentially had to walk through to the building next door and go up a lift. The hotel is a little out of the way, but it's easy enough to get the bus. Some nice art on the walls and a great buffet breakfast (lots of choice! ) All in all perfectly fine but nothing spectacular — a good hotel for the price though.

I thought I would find a usual 3 star hotel, but I think the Westcord Art Hotel is one of the best hotels I have been to. Cordiality at reception, spacious rooms with modern design and above all clean, good location.
I hope to return someday.

I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to have a perfect vacation in Amsterdam. This is an excellent combination of art and nature. The food is topnotch and they have the best staff in the world. I was amazed with the nespresso machine and the room was very clean and relaxing with very good ambience especially with the paintings on the wall. I will definitely come back with my wife here.
