This is a great little hotel within walking distance or bus distance of everything. The customer service was excellent. The room we had was quite small, but we were not complaining since we spent a large majority of our time wandering around Amsterdam. The room was very clean and the lobby downstairs has a coffee machine you can access at any time. Overall, great experience!

The room air conditioning is broken, and the bathroom glass door is bad.
We told the counter that it was all broken, but it was not repaired. 5500 a night is not worth anything, the room is very small, do not dry glue.

Breakfast too expensive and poorly stocked, but we slept well and the cleanliness great.

The Hotel is in an excellent location. In the vicinity there are several tram lines and in particular the line 1 that leads to dam Square and Central Station (from here depart the canal cruises). There are Also cafes, restaurants, pizzerias and market including a Lidl where I recommend to buy water because everywhere costs a blunder. The property is good, the standard room is quite wide as well as the bathroom. Only Note for the reception: the day of my arrival expecting the delivery of the suitcase that was lost and I had advised at the time of registration. Nobody warned me When it arrived. On Another occasion I asked about tickets for the bus tour, the girl told me that I had to take them to the central station. The same night I saw the sign at the front desk who said I could buy them in the hotel. Frankly I would have been more comfortable and I do not understand why I did not propose. That being Said is a hotel that I recommend, especially if you find good deals. The machine that prepares coffee, tea, and cappuccino is available 24/24 for guests free Of charge. No one speaks Italian.

Convenient in the lobby near line Line 1 There's coffee, tea, refreshments, free rooms, a little smaller, and it's as easy to live as home.

Close access to the tram. Very comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Good water pressure in the shower. About 12-15 min tram ride to city center. 25 mins to airport. Buy the 24 hr metro card since you'll need it to get to/from the airport and city center. Better buy than a single 1 hour each way.

Location location location. Also very friendly, helpful and competent personell. Rooms needs som fixing, windows, details such as sockets etc. Brwakfast is good enough, but more worth it to step outside. Free coffee though! Currently renovating a bit. So slightly messy at times during the day.

Very nice Hotel It has several places to eat, although it is 15 min walk from the train station and 10 from Dam Square. Breakfast very good with variety. Possibility to rent several in the hotel itself. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.

A few steps from the center, also accessible by Metro. Clean and friendly Hotel with very helpful staff. Rooms are well-cared for and equipped with every comfort. Free hot drinks at all times.

This hotel is located in the vicinity of the Vondelpark and 5 minutes from the very convenient centre of Amsterdam, equipped with very spacious and spacious rooms with impeccable cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, there is the possibility to enjoy coffee milk and hot tea at Any time of day without any outlay!

This is a lovely hotel, it's nice and clean and the staff are really friendly. It's in a great location and walking distance to everything. The room was cleaned everyday whilst we were there. You get free Wi-Fi and tea/coffee whilst you are there, bonus! Only problem was that we ended up with 2 single beds rather than a double, which was abit awkward but apart from that the beds were really comfy, and the hotel was prefect for our stay!

Excellent location, great breakfast, nice shower, clean and espresso is included from self-serve machine. Pleasant staff.

Great hotel. Staff excellent, friendly and happy to answer any questions. The room was very comfortable and warm! Beds were also fab. The location was great, being close to the museum quarter and about 15 minutes from the action around dam square. The immediate locality was nice with some lovely bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend the espresso for a short break in Amsterdam.

+ very close to the center, and the rooms were well kept. Free hot drinks were provided. — double bed was just two single beds pushed together. As a result they slid away which was annoying.

Very good hotel, high quality/cost ratio and last but not least free coffee!

Check in was fast and parking garage was across the street (35€ per night). I recommend calling ahead and ensuring parking availability as there are only 3 parking spots. Good location with lots of food nearby. The downside is the bathroom was not heated and was ice cold.

The hotel is in a great location, the tram stop (n 1 x the centre) a few meters away and with a walk of a few minutes you reach the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum, staff is friendly and available. The room was small but silensiosa, clean and with very comfortable bed. Free and fully functional Internet connection, good breakfast (a little repetitive) coffee and tea at all hours free in the lobby, very convenient for Schiphol either by bus or by train (stop Lelylaan)

The hotel is a good place to be in the city centre. The location is clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast quite varied and nice. Providing a hot beverage machine in the lobby for free. Bike Rental on site. Only downside, the room that looked into the main street was very noisy (tram and car) and the bedding was rather mole.

Very nice place. Their fire alarm went off during two of the mornings because they burned some bacon for the breakfast bar. Reasonable pricing for the accommodations.

Sweet little hotel. Very well located right in the city centre. You only need 10min to the centre on foot or you can rent a bike for €15 a day right in front of the hotel. Our room was ok, but extremely small and overlooks the mini-innenhof with hardly any natural light. As a result, it seemed very bleak. Oeb was very cheap €75. But be careful: €35 is additionally charged for parking fees in the garage opposite. You can pay for this MUST, otherwise there is no other parking option.

Good service. Unlimited coffee/espresso. Broke down last day. Room was good. Not quite ready on check in. But 11:15. Friendly staff. Good value if booked in advance.

Very nice, centrally located Hotel. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very Varied. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Price performance is right. I can only recommend.

Hotel was clean and comfy. Really nice to be able to have as many drinks as you like in the restaurant section downstairs. Only thing to say is that was a little far out of the main centre but there is a frequent tram service you can use if you don't fancy the walk.

Just finished a stay at this hotel clean but very basic & very very small rooms for what you have to pay. At breakfast the toaster needed to go in the bin as only half of your bread is toasted & takes forever, mentioned this to the girl but she didn't seem to be bothered given her response. With the cost of hotel per night you would think they would keep things in working order. Basic breakfast but ok. No bar either at this hotel. Really enjoyed my stay in Amsterdam & hotel was good for the location close to bars, restaurants etc. I would give it 2 **.

Very expensive room for a mediocre Hotel.

Very good location, near the center and the largest park of the city. The attention was also very good. The breakfast was not included, but coffee in the lobby at any time. The rooms are small and functional, nothing too elaborate.

The bathroom was clean. Cafes free of charge. Reception staff very friendly and willing to help. A bit far from the centre, about a 20 minute walk, but already knew it.

The hotel is nice and simple. A bit pricey maybe. Machine espresso, cappuccino, latte machiato etc self service in the lobby. The breakfasts are pretty basic. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. And finally, the location is very good
Close to museums for the centre (red light, cabarets, etc…) the bike is essential, but to visit Amsterdam correctly need you a bike!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom had new fixtures and was very clean and bright. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of the city, quick walk to the best places. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Gave us many recommendations for 'hidden treasures' in the city.

Nice and clean and close to the city centre. 1 minute away from the Leidesplein. Rooms are basic, but modern and clean. Didn't have breakfast, but looked nice enough.

Don't have room 3 opposite the lift on the ground floor and next to the vending machine. Generally a bit basic but ok.

Location is good, and very close to downtown. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I have not had in my room of mold, the room was generally very clean, and also has had better days! The next time you visit I'm gonna find me another Hotel.

A hotel that offers a room with smell of moisture (from mushrooms), windowless, but all with flawless aplomb, is it really a hotel? For me, no.
That is why I place this notice with a single star.
Fortunately, I managed to make myself understood in insisting that this room was unbreathable and a solution was found (rehousing in another hotel) but the initial service really wasn't there. If I hadn't pushed, I was forced to sleep in that room that is unhealthy.
Advice: don't go there.

Very stuffy in the rooms. Logic operation in a small corner numbered 311 I did not understand.

Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff are extremely helpful. Good Wi-Fi and there's free coffee in the main lobby. It is slightly away from the 'city centre' if you choose to walk, but there's always bicycles and trams in Amsterdam.

Really nice and cheap hotel. Tram station nearby. Comfortable Lobby with good gratis coffee and Wi-Fi. 1a.
