I would like to thank the team at Hostel Roots for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay in Tilburg for a university appointment in the city.

The hostel is fantastic! I stayed there alone for a night and felt like I was home, yet still on vacation. The mood is very sweet and light.

I’m truly grateful for the reception staff — they were incredibly kind and helpful.

Spent 3 nights here and they were amazing. Staffs are friendly and supportive a lot. Rotterdam is new to me but they made my time hear so familiar like home.

The hotel is very nicely located not far from the center but at the same time in a quiet wooded area. The rooms are modern with all the necessities.

We spent just one night at the Auberge Du Bonheur, and we are delighted with our choice.

What a lucky choice this hostel turned out to be! And to top it all off, we stayed in the Clock Tower room — absolutely unique.

Such a cool hostel one of the few remaining historical buildings of Rotterdam! The team made my stay so personal and they have great attention to detail.

I stayed at the hotel when visiting the area. The room was very nice and large. Check-in was easy. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio for a bit. The staff were very friendly. Parking included.

We spent 15 nights here. Despite that, the breakfast never became boring. Really fresh orange juice and some sweet "Brabant Province" bread at breakfast.

True Dutch hotel! Rooms, service are the best! Breakfasts…you must try them. Thank you guys, Instayed with you at the end of August and still remember!

We very much enjoyed our extended stay at De Moerse Hoeve. The staff was responsive, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. They were on top of any requests.

This was for me a great experience at the Parkhotel. Very kind staff. Even the bus connection into Eindhoven was not bad.

Good hotel with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms are nice and cozy. There is a refrigerator, TV and airco. No water kettle or coffee maker, but the hotel restaurant has all the drinks.

I love this place! I had rather stay in the hostel than go outside visiting Rotterdam. It's so pretty, so cosy, it smells really good, and people working here are just so kind, cool and sweet.

Honestly, a great experience. The hostel is quite clean, close to all amenities, and the staff and guests are very pleasant.

As a sleepover for airport flight next morning worked just fine. Rooms and facilities are clean. Nice, warm (too warm? ) silent rooms for 12 people.

We booked this hotel as it was right next door to the music event we were attending. Quite a quirky hotel (in a good way), in the sense of decor and building itself, the rooms were clean and adequate.

Great place to stay!

For the price and for the quality is the best you could find.

Cozy, no frills hostel right in the action on Witt de Withstraat. The sleeping cubicle is comfortable and modern. Be careful… very steep stairs to 2nd and 3rd floors! Very friendly folk working here!
