Booked this hotel through booking. Hotel canceled booking at our arrival. No notice. Lied about trying to contact us. Told us booking. Com was trying to cancel but booking had no idea. Refusing to return our payment. Staff was completely unapologetic and rude.

The hotel is deserted, I mean not a single person there!
We thought we entered a building used as the set for "The day after"
The front door camera/bell works but is not answered, not even after 5min of constant pushing the button!
The town has great food facilities, try "Limburgse flaai" is mouthwatering!
The local beer is also fantastic.
