The location is good! We were there in January where it is not so green, but in summer it will be definitely great! The hotel is located in a forest and has a small pond with swans.
The room was OK. A clean bathroom, but a toilet without toilet brush… unfortunately…
We had to get the key from the safe at the front desk.
A very small spa area… unfortunately. A sauna for about 3-4 persons and a steam sauna for about 5 persons. A total of 8 are next to the swimming pool. There was no resting room.
There was also a solarium, a Fintnessraum and room for massages, but we did not take advantage of it, so I cannot rate it.
The restaurant is nicely decorated.
A small menu list. The food we ordered was good though. I had ordered a Apfelshorle, but got another alcoholic beverage, which was then exchanged as well. But the amount was on the bill… I left it as a tip…
And unfortunately we were charged some stuff (Süsdigkeiten, water) from the mini bar, although we didn't use it… On departure, the amount was cancelled.
In summary, our stay was OK, if you take these little things out of consideration:-)
The staff is proficient in a good German Dutch language.
If you want to escape the daily hustle and bustle, this place can be good.
In my opinion, if you want to have wellness, it is not the place where you can really relax.
I have often been to various spa hotels and I have met many other better Wellbessbereiche. But everyone has their own taste.
The price for two nights for 2 people has also been okay.
